Work Experiences (Learning Edge Consultants)
1. Malaysia Airlines (iCAN and iLEAD) - Value Cultural Alignment
a) Developed iCAN booklet (My Journey, iLEAD and Teaching Guide) also with the design and logo
b) Developed questionnaire (Program evaluation and Self Assessment) and come out with the report
c) Developed training module base on - MH370 and MH17
d) Facilitate trainer during the iCAN and iLEAD program (classroom activities and outdoor activities)
e) Share and discuss with the iLEAD participants.
2. Petra Energy (Fast Track Engineer Assessment Program)
Recruiting engineer base on certain criteria by Learning Edge Consultants for Petra Energy
a) By using observation method which focus on three main criteria, energy, innovation/ideas and
communication.
b) Discuss with the Petra Energy coordinator regarding selected candidate. Explaining why they are
selected.
c) Submitting reports based on individual performance review and 25 best candidates were selected.
3. Ekuinas Portfolio Company Graduate Training Programme (ILTIZAM)
a) Dealing with various university for ILTIZAM road tour
b) Shortlist the candidates resume referring to Ekuinas requirement, submitting the invite for assessment
centre (150 candidates were invited to join the assessment centre)
c) Preparation and ensuring smooth running of the assessment centre, (observed by Ekuinas) and discuss
with the observer regarding selected candidate.
d) Ensuring the smooth running of ILTIZAM for the next one year that include candidates progress report,
candidates training session, tracking expedition, video presentation, coaching session and many more.
4. UEM Group (Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia - SLIM)
a) Develop SLIM package that include booklet, reading material, the overall dates and planing for the
program.
b) Advice the trainer on the client requirement, ensure trainer deliver what have been proposed.
c) Advice the trainee on their final project.
5. UEM Edgenta (EDGE 20) - Value Cultural Alignment
a) Develop a new package that include material booklet, poster design, games and more base on EDGE
20.
b) Conducted value clarification workshop to clarify the EDGE 20 behaviour and a pilot training.

Explaining why they are selected. c) Submitting reports based on individual performance review and 25 best candidates were selected. 3. Ekuinas Portfolio Company Graduate Training Programme (ILTIZAM) a) Dealing with various university for ILTIZAM road tour b) Shortlist the candidates resume referring to Ekuinas requirement, submitting the invite for assessment centre (150 candidates were invited to join the assessment centre) c) Preparation and ensuring smooth running of the assessment centre, (observed by Ekuinas) and discuss with the observer regarding selected candidate. d) Ensuring the smooth running of ILTIZAM for the next one year that include candidates progress report, candidates training session, tracking expedition, video presentation, coaching session and many more. 4. UEM Group (Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia - SLIM) a) Develop SLIM package that include booklet, reading material, the overall dates and planing for the program. b) Advice the trainer on the client requirement, ensure trainer deliver what have been proposed. c) Advice the trainee on their final project. 5. UEM Edgenta (EDGE 20) - Value Cultural Alignment a) Develop a new package that include material booklet, poster design, games and more base on EDGE 20. b) Conducted value clarification workshop to clarify the EDGE 20 behaviour and a pilot training. 6.
