Danielle Tovar is a bold nursing student who strives to help others as a nurse. Nothing comes before her family. She enjoyed assignments that allowed her to volunteer in medical settings and learn about campus resources, as becoming a nurse is her goal.

2. Favorite assignments
 Video to future students- I loved that assignment because
it was something different as well as we got to film
ourselves and talk about the class and what it did for us. I
would have loved to see a video of someone talk about a
class I was going to take.
 Volunteering- I enjoyed going out and volunteering
especially when it had to do with the medical field
because I plan on becoming a nurse.
 Scavenger Hunt- I enjoyed this project because there is
so much to our Campus that I had no idea about! There is
so much you can do around the campus and there are so
many resources that are helpful and can benefit you.

3. Favorite Journals
 Journal 1- I really enjoyed this journal because we got to
take the self assessment in the book and that really got to
show you what kind of person I am.
 Journal entry 11- I really enjoyed this journal because I got
to act as if I was already a nurse, explain how I will be a
nurse! That was so exciting to talk about because I can’t
wait for that day! It’s so far away but I can almost see it!
 Journal entry 28- I enjoyed this journal entry because it
had us talk about a time I passed a integrity test, it brought
me back to the event that happened and how I did the right
thing and it made me feel good about it.

4. My favorite week
In all honestly my favorite week was the first week. I
enjoyed the other weeks as well although I was very
pumped about class and as the weeks went by you get
burned out. Although I think this is the way I did my
assignments and school in general. I learned new
things by taking this class so I now know how to enjoy
every week without being so drained and exhausted.

5. 3 lessons to carry on
 How to get the most out of studying- I can totally
take this for next semester.
 Service project- I believe I will take this on with me
next semester and beyond that because I think we
should all give to others.
 Stress- We learned how to deal with stress and as
the semesters go on and get in debt I will need to
keep those tips with me.

career that interest me is nursing.
