develop processes relative to the work control system to include: continuity binders, training aids, quick reference
guilds and contact lists.
• As a Technical Lead (TL), I lead work as a Fissile Material Handler Supervisor (FMHS). I lead training
evolutions, monitored junior operators, and reported progress of individuals to management.

commander, both 1-148th Field Artillery battalion and G. Forward Support Company (FSC), on all matters pertaining
to the field maintenance mission. I serve as maintenance officer for the maneuver battalion and FSC using SAMS–1
(Standard Army Maintenance System-1), SAMS–2, BCS3 (Battle Command Sustainment Support System) and
FBCB2 (Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and below). I am also the senior person in the UMCP (unit maintenance
collection point) and responsible for the local security requirements and tying in with adjacent units. I am responsible
to the commander for the management of the combined efforts of the maintenance control section, maintenance
section and service and recovery section, and the maintenance system teams.

information reported to higher headquarters is timely and accurate.

• Respond to emergency situations and coordinating response teams and maintaining situational awareness

Deploy under State Active Duty (SAD) orders directed by the Governor of the state of Idaho to the Mustang
Complex fires.
• I Managed tactical operations and interact with the Incident Command (IC) team to develop the Idaho
National Guard operations portion of the Incident Action Plan. I request resources needed to implement the
Operation's tactics and assist in development of the operations portion of the Incident Action Plan.

contact with 97 subordinate positions to ensure safe tactical operations.
