It recommends a gradual progression from multi-jumps to depth jumps. Volume and recovery guidelines are provided for different phases and exercises. A plyometric inventory is also included, outlining specific exercises such as multi-jump circuits, endurance bounding, depth jumps, and jump-throw combinations. Proper technique and programming are emphasized to maximize benefits while avoiding injury risks from overtraining.
