2. Forms
• Parents/carers should complete an EE2 form and these
should be returned to school as soon as possible. It is
important that all sections are completed with up to date
information.
• If your child requires medication during the residential
(including inhalers) you need to complete a Parental
request to administer medication form and return to
school as soon as possible.
3. Pocket Money
• Children will have £6 spending money. They will be
given £2 each day, it is their responsibility to look after
their change.
• Due to a reduction in costs, the £6 has now been included
in the total paid.
4. Valuables/
electronics
• Children are not permitted to bring electronics including
phones, iPods/iPads, cameras, etc.
• They should also not bring any jewellery or valuables
with them on the trip.
• Children do not need to take cameras with them, each
group leader will have a camera to take photos and these
will be posted on the blog when they return to school.
Children can bring a disposable camera with them.
5. Kit list
• Children should bring old clothes/ trainers with them as
all activities are outdoors. Please ensure all clothes are
labelled.
• Each child needs a sleeping bag, if possible try to fit it
inside their suitcase/holdall.
• Children should be able to carry their own bag,
remembering they may have to walk up a hill to reach
their cabin.
• Remember to bring bin bags for dirty clothes.
6. Expectations
• Pupils will find out their room and activity groups when
they arrive at Dalguise. They will have an opportunity to
create a wish list for who they would like to share with.
We try to put pupils with at least one child on their wish
list.
• Pupils will create a code of conduct with their class
teacher before the residential. It is important that this
contract is signed by the parent/carer and child and
returned to school.

8. Wednesday 6th
February
•Medication – Parents should meet Miss Burton at the office between
7:45 – 8:00 am to give her the pupil’s medication. Medication should
be labelled with the pupil’s name.
•Pupils should come to school for 8:00am on Monday 2nd
. The bus will
leave at 8:15am. Breakfast Club will not be available.
•Parents carers should drop off children at the office at 8:00am. The
children will go into the gym hall to be registered. Parents/ carers can
wait outside to wave goodbye to the bus.
•Children do not require a pack lunch.
•The school will send a group call to notify parents that they have
arrived safely.
9. Friday 8th
February
• Pupils will return to school for 12:25pm on
Friday. If there is a delay a group call message
will be sent out.
• Medication to be collected from Miss Burton
• Parents and carers should collect their child from
the bus. If you are not collecting them please let
the office know.
