I have specifically described what task or project that I want to be
completed.
I have restated the details of the task/project so that I have
shared what is on my mind as to better ensure that the task/
project will be done successfully.
I have asked for a restatement of the ideal finished project to
ensure complete understanding before the project is started.
I have given the person whom I am giving the task, the ability to
say no to the task or project.
I have listened to possible objections and issues to completing
the task/project on time and to my level of satisfaction.
I have responded to issues appropriately and brainstormed
solutions to the other person’s satisfaction.
I feel confident that the person will complete the task well. I have
shared with the person why I asked them to do the project/task.
I have established check points throughout the task or project
timeline to address issues and problems in a timely manner.
I have explained the “why” behind the task/project to convey the
importance of completing this project with excellence.
Together we have established the amount of time that will be
given to the task/project and the deadline by which the task/
project will be completed.

I have restated the details of the task/project so that I have shared what is on my mind as to better ensure that the task/ project will be done successfully. I have asked for a restatement of the ideal finished project to ensure complete understanding before the project is started. I have given the person whom I am giving the task, the ability to say no to the task or project. I have listened to possible objections and issues to completing the task/project on time and to my level of satisfaction. I have responded to issues appropriately and brainstormed solutions to the other person’s satisfaction. I feel confident that the person will complete the task well. I have shared with the person why I asked them to do the project/task. I have established check points throughout the task or project timeline to address issues and problems in a timely manner. I have explained the “why” behind the task/project to convey the importance of completing this project with excellence. Together we have established the amount of time that will be given to the task/project and the deadline by which the task/ project will be completed. YES NO
