God never intended for a leader to lead by themselves, but instead calls people to walk along beside the leader to help the leader to accomplish the purpose that God has called the leader to complete. Business leaders and entrepreneurs often try to disprove this principle, but they do so at their own peril. Many business leaders try to do things all on their own, which has to lead to the statement that it is lonely at the top. The reality is that it is only lonely at the top if you are trying to lead alone. Well Done leaders believe in the power of others and spiritual leaders who embrace the principle of growing the company when they grow their team never lead alone.
