1. Recommendation for Dan Payntor
I have worked very closely with Dan Payntor over the past 8 months while he has served as a
Licensed Personal Banker in my office. Dan has excelled in this role and maintained one of the highest
levels of productivity for a Banker during my tenure with the company. Dan produces a high volume
of work while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
Mr. Payntor possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with positive energy and
a smile. His upbeat personality and engaging personal style enables him to interact effectively with
clients and members of the staff. Dan is very well organized and keeps track of the details necessary
to coordinate his daily calendar of tasks and run an efficient office.
Mr. Payntor takes initiative to go beyond the expected parameters of his job. While out on leave, I
was able to rest easy knowing that Dan was still operating at the same level daily. All the intangibles
that lead to success in the workplace are in order with Dan. There will be no unpleasant surprises and
I am confident he will fit in and add to office morale.
