Objective:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Inspect the job location as per client request.
Assess the material requirement and arrange manpower as per the job requirement.
Processing Electronic safe work permit, Safe job plan as per specification and submit for client’s approval.
Conduct pre job start briefing to all the scaffolding technicians at the job site and also explain all the hazard identifications in
the job site and preventive measures recommended as per the safe work permit.
Explain to the work force emergency response procedures, safety shelter, assembly point, emergency alarm code, safety
shower and break glass location.
Issues tools and safety equipments as per the nature of the job requirements.
Coordinate with safety departments to arrange PPE to the scaffolders.
Continuous monitoring in the jobsite while erection, dismantling and storing materials etc.
After completion of the job thoroughly inspect by the scaffolding supervisor or scaffolding safety inspector and arrange Green
Tag.
Handover the scaffolding to the client after close the work permit and make proper house keeping.
Conduct periodical inspection and maintenance to all the scaffolding materials and ladders.
Reject and store separately the scaffolding materials which was damaged and tag Do Not Use.
Submit recommendation to project manager the new scaffolding materials procurements on replacement.
Assists for calculation of billing from clients.

3. Conduct toolbox meeting everyday morning.
Conduct routine Inspections at job site.
Implement all the safety rules and regulations and eliminate all the safety deficiencies at job site immediately.
Co-ordinate with safety department to inspect all the safety equipments and recommended immediately to Project Manager
for Procurement incase any damage as per the recommendations of the safety department.
Submit daily report, weekly report and monthly reports periodically.
Carry out the official job to assist Supervisors whenever they required.
