 Provide a flexible & faster search features for both

 Search Engine:
It is a tool used to provide the search
option to the job seekers like base on functional
area and location . If the job seekers select any
location it show list of all available job on that place.
 Job Calendar:
If the user select any date in the job
colander than it display list of job available on that
particular date in the same page this feature
completely developed by implementing features.

7.  Introduction
Job monitoring is an application developed in order to
reduce the gap between industry and industry needed resources.
If the user select any date in the job calendar than it display the list
of jobs available on that particular date in the same page.
 Purpose
Online job monitoring is a web based application this
application helps for the job seekers to upload resume, searches for
the jobs based on keywords and finally applies foe the suitable jobs.
Registered employers can give adds for the job an they can take
necessary resumes from the portal by performing search .
Administrator manages the sites and he can manipulate all the
information in the system . He can add job fairs into the system.

8. The admin acts as a liaison between
employer and job seekers. He collect required information about jobs
from the employer and provides the same to the job seekers and in
turn he also collect the information from the job seekers about their
experience details and contact details and give to the employer.
