RECRUITMENT –
OUR SERVICES INCLUDES :-
Free replacement of any candidate if they quit the job within 3 months on joining.
Our service charges will be 10.5% of annual package + service tax payable within 15 to 20 days from the date of
joining.
Screening, Selecting and Short listing the right candidates as per the requirements of our client.
Payment should be by INR only .
Induslink will provide you document of candidate with forms like Photo ID, Address Proof, Age Proof, Education
proof and Photo’s.
Induslink services will attempt give response maximum within 48 hours on receipt of clients candidate
requirement brief and shall complete the assignment within stipulated time decided between both parties.
Recording of the clients requirement received in “ Candidate Requirement Brief “ Form
Induslink will not disclose information that may be classified as confidential, that is may receive or obtain as a
result on entering into this agreement.
The recruitment details and salary details are confidential information and shall be used by Induslink only for the
purposes of billing and accounting.
Induslink can submit the invoice as soon as candidate’s date of join the client.
