 Pre-shut down preparation by planning and managing a large mix-trade workforce including 4
supervisors directly down line from me, as well as their workers.
 CAT 7495 Shutdown Supervisor- directed a mixed team of tradesmen in product upgrades
which involved repairs to the machine in time, on budget and most importantly incident free.
 Machine troubleshooting on CAT 7495 and 6060 machines also caring out machine component
repairs and updates.
 Supervised CAT 6060 superstructure upgrades on machines at Daunia and Potriel were we
removed all the components from the machine and built up around all the mounting surfaces.
