- Develop and implement a fixed schedule for the maintenance of the server virtualization such as Hyper-V and the
workstations of Microsoft office 365 cloud system.
- Assist in develop IT strategic plan to improve IT infrastructure and network performance.
- Involve in develop department MBO to adapt the organizational goal.
- Ensure the appropriate configuration and operation of the AD Manager, Mail Exchange server, Security server, Active
Directory server, File server, Anti-Virus server, Firewall router, Incoming/ Outgoing Spam filter, Main switch, Wireless access
point router, Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office Outlook on the workstations.
- Configure and monitor the internet access for the workstations.
- Provide daily troubleshooting and IT support to all PSI/C staff, warehouse staff and field staff in IT related issues.
- Maintain inventory and database of information such as computer related equipment, communication device…..etc. prepare
standard material, such as a computer hardware/ software, LCD projector, printer, scanner…. for training and meeting.
- Manage log-files to ensure that licensing is distributed to all machines.
- Provide technical support related to network system including troubleshooting, QBE system error log-files, internet access,
e-mail operation….etc.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly backup data into the tapes and monthly restoration report to IT Manager.
- Annual disaster recovery plan on system, application, security and report to IT Manager.
- Record all the IT troubleshooting report and IT asset assignment/ return form to staff, record all IT asset movement and stick
label to all IT asset before assign to staff.
- Develop the IT asset record including IT asset request, IT asset disposal, IT asset checklist and update to database system.
- Control the camera security and security entrance system.
- Work with IT Sub-contract Company on weekly server maintenance and report to IT Manager.
Training and Development:
- Assist in develop and maintenance the IT policy, Telephone policy and update regularly.
- Develop, implement and regularly update a documentation and maintenance report for each individual workstations.
- Disseminates all policy to staff and provide IT training as appropriate.
- Finalize a systematic documentation of the entire network components (hardware and software specifications)
- Provide basic technical training to all staff as required.
System Development and Upgrading:
- Provide and explore new IT system for system development; Provide information related to new system change.
- Work with IT Sub-contract Company to maintain the server application, generate log-files and provide recommendation to
prevent future failure system.
PABX Telephone System Management:
- Ensure all telephone system at the organization are working smooth including main line, desk line and server line.
Achievements:
- Have created a topic of SharePoint and OneDrive under Microsoft Office 365 Cloud to brief the colleagues about its work/
benefit and explained the right standard system collaboration in the world.
- Have provided an introduction to digital signature to staff by Microsoft Teams that’s a part of advance training related to
technical aspect, and another way of place digital signature on soft documents “Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file” from anywhere
outside officeto support our field and office staff for daily operation request/ approve, monthly timesheet completion and
approval.
- Have recommended new practical tools, techniques of IT innovation update in the world that’s important to program team,
support staff including computer hardware/ software, IT accessories… to support their daily job in the office and field work.
