Memoranda.
 Developing POP for specific products. Updating of old Memoranda and transferring the
relevant information to the specific POP.
 Compiling FAQs for the assigned CAP. Ensuring the e-mails which have resulted in
FAQs is filed in the assigned CAP folder on the basis of keywords for easy retrieval if
required.
 Technical advice to the team. Responsible for reviewing technical documents and
interpreting standard and providing clear guidance to the team.
 Ensuring that the Team meetings are held regularly and all Team members are present
for the meeting. To follow-up on Action points of previous meetings.
 Reviewing and finalizing the Team Meeting Minutes and submitting the minutes of the
meeting to the Technical Manager.
 Developing generic / common procedures for the assigned CAP.
 Assisting in drafting a report on the findings of a review through IRs and submitting it to
the TM
 Assisting the ATC in providing the technical review for the JR.
 Drafting of SQN reports on any national standard clausal requirements which are
contradictory to international standards requirements.
 Provide Back up support in the absence of other ATCs
 Perform random audit on files in ASTRA for assigned CAP and provide audit findings to
