Project: Electronics & Telecom System Up-gradation for International Airport – Qatar Airways.
Nature of Work :
Responsible for administrative & supervisory work assisting the Facility Manager in
Construction & Maintenance of Operations at Hamad International Airport. Work involves
responsibility for supervision of technical and maintenance employees as well as assisting in
the development and implementation of plans & policies. Such as Security, Communication,
CCTV, Intrusion Detector, Access Control System, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Flight Information
Display System, Electronic Visual Information Display & Visual Docking Guidance System
Duties& Responsibilities :
 Attending the project meetings with the client and providing the weekly progress.
 Assignment of work with variety of work schedules including compulsory work periods in
special, emergency, and/or disaster situations with a team of 45 employees.
 Directs and manages airside as well as landside operations, maintenance, firefighting,

 Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving
finalization of technical specifications, scheduling, progress monitoring, site
management and manpower planning.
 Project comprises of CCTV System, PA system, Structured Cabling System, IPTV System,
Fire Alarm System BMS and Access Control Systems in 32 Building compounds.
 All Low Current System in 32 Buildings are centralized in a single Data Center and
Operation Control Room (for Operation and Maintenance Purpose) through Centralized
Network Architecture (CAN).
 Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to accurately
report progress of the project to the Project Head.
 Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control
within budget, planning for cash flow requirements, etc.
 Maintaining proper coordination between the Project Management Team (PMT),
Supervisor, Engineer, Sub-contractors and other parties involved in the project to ensure
proper progress of the project.
 Monitoring project completion check list; ensuring that supply of material, installation,
