o Product and Process Design
 Undertook extensive research on how UTs behave on changing its environment and overall product
design.
 Uses different researching method such as Design of Experiment and interprets data gathered over
samples and experimentations that can help in improving product’s reliability, functionality and overall
conformance to customer requirements.
 Managed to increase productivity of handled product model removing unnecessary movements and
processes that doesn’t contribute to product value.
o Yield Rate Improvement and Cost Reduction
 Improves product yield rate and reduce over-all cost by giving solution to current line problems and
occurring NCPs.
 Managed to reduce over-all cost of handled product by:
 Salvaging items that are considered as NCP by means of reworking or regrading.
 Loosening of specifications that can still meet customer specifications (reduction of type II error).
