Holding a bachelor’s degree in communication and I am currently pursuing a master’s
degree in project management. I have undertaken full time job a customer officer and a
public relation officer in different institutions including local NGOs. These different
placement have enabled me to develop a passion of customer service professional. . They
have also allowed me to have experience in office environment by playing a role in
reporting, in technical planning, financial and administrative tasks for ensuring that all
activities are implemented according to work plans. I am dynamic, highly motivated with
over 4 years experience in customer service and communication, as well as project
management, and I have knowledge, patience and good understanding, problem solving
skills to treat customer courteously. I have also a strong portofolio of advanced
technology implementation.
WORK EXPERIENCE
November 11th
2010 up to now: Local Government Ministry (MINALOC) as
Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities and achievements:
- Handling all problems of customers,
- Clerical tasks
- Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggesting
information about MINALOC services,
- Maintains customer records by updating data base information,
- Taking responsibility to resolve customer complaints, collecting customer
information and analyzing needs,
- Carrying out the receipt of mails from local institutions under MINALOC,
- Ensure organizational image and values through the provision of high standard
customer care,
- Drafting all correspondences related to Administration department to the external
service providers,
- Coordinate staff travel in the different districts for monitoring activities,
- Carry out the filing management system and updating it in timely manner,
- Conducting any other tasks requested by the line manager.
