Responsibilities include all Post Award Contract Administration activities such as
preparation of KOM presentation, preparation and review of out going correspondence ,
advising on potential change alerts of incoming letters, maintain letter logs, daily reports ,
Contract document transmittals, coordinating Contract submittals with various disciplines,
control of Contract Variations/ Changes, assessment of additional works claims , reviewing

Worked in Subcontracts Department as SubContracts Manager/ Construction Support
Manager at Galkynysh / South Yoluten Gas Field project- Turkmenistan, responsible for
contract administration of 3 packages; Rotation Camp (PK-5A), Substations (PK-11),
Industrial Base (PK-5B) and many other Earthworks/roads Pre-Awarding Tenders and
budget assessments.
- Preparation of ITB(Invitation to Bid) documents.
- Cost analysis of bids , Bid Tabulations and drafting/reviewing small SC agreements.

project, renovation of Sheraton Hotel after liberation of Kuwait and PM for Merrill Lynch
offices in Bahrain. Monitoring progress and follow up on payments, change orders, letters,
etc until handing over .
