Silverbrook Road at Monacan Road Walkway Project

The scope of this project included 460 feet of five-foot wide concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter along the west side of Silverbrook Road south of Monacan Road connecting to the existing sidewalk. The improvements provide a new pedestrian access to the sidewalk, trails, signage, pavement markings and two new curb ramps along with a crosswalk at the Silverbrook Road and Monacan Road intersection.

Project Details Silverbrook Road @ Monacan Road Walkway Capital Facilities/Utilities Design and Construction Division/Transportation Construction Branch Description: The Silverbrook Road at Monacan Road Walkway project has been substantially completed. The scope of this project included 460 Feet of 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter along the west side of Silverbrook Road south of Monacan Road connecting to the existing sidewalk. The improvements provide a new pedestrian access to the sidewalk, trails, signage, pavement markings and two new curb ramps along with a crosswalk at the Silverbrook Road & Monacan Road intersection.
