I am a proactive, committed individual keen to learn new skills with a proven sales record. I
consistently strive to meet targets provided by management and my first rate customer service skills
were acquired while working at Joan’s Beauty Boutique. I pride myself on working effectively under
pressure and am flexible in my approach to work and can adapt to different tasks quickly.
I have intermediate IT skills, including MS Office, Power point and Excel; and possess excellent
numeracy, literacy and business administration skills.
I have obtained excellent interpersonal skills and can confidently interact with colleagues, customers,
my peers and management. I am looking to adapt my current skills to a fast paced organisation where
I can have the chance to work on my own or as part of a team.

Santander UK, Ludgate Hill - 6th
July 2015- 17th
July 2015 – Work Experience.
I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to complete 2 weeks work experience within the
International Team at Santander UK, and have worked alongside the EA’s who showed me the
following:
• Maintaining control of the email inbox – to make sure that all emails are prioritised, and dealt with
efficiently and effectively.
• Responding to requests within given deadlines i.e sending, meeting invites and requesting papers
in a timely manner.
• Diary management – making sure the directors make the best use of their time.
• Meeting management – run a pack at the end of each day which contains all papers to ensure the
Director is fully prepared for meetings.
• Booking rooms and ensuring equipment, ie video links and conference calls numbers are
available as needed.
• Taking clear and concise telephone messages and ensuring details are passed on it a timely
manner.
This week I have also been assisting the Breakthrough team with a project in Due Diligence for Event
Planning.
Next week I also be spending time with the Foreign Exchange and International Payments team,
Head of Institutional Partnerships and her Team and spent the day with the International Sales
Development Director who I will be assisting in training members of the team. I will be able toupdat e

• Greeting customers and ascertain what each customer requires both in persons and over the
phone
• Assisting with completion of medical questionnaire forms
• Provide beauty treatments including waxing, facials, microdermabrasion and other beauty
treatments
• Assist walk-in customers with product queries, purchases and making appointments
• Promote and sell beauty products
• Ensure products are stocked and equipment is in safe working order
• Clean and maintain hygiene standards of rooms and equipment
• Answered questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers,
balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
• Finalise customer payments
