A Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College graduate, looking to broaden horizons and
excel in the field of Business Information Technology. I am currently a member of the Ealing
PCT Featherstone Road Clinic where I perform reception and administration duties. My
confident approach, built upon a solid foundation of interpersonal skills and work-based
competences ensures that I am an asset to any team. I combine drive and determination with
a pleasant and personable customer-facing persona. I am career focused and desire to
progress and develop within the any type of working environment. I love a challenge.

Receptionist
All of the above roles have given me 11 years of experience in administrative roles which have
allowed me to demonstrate that I can work equally well as a team player and individually.
Duties
• Entering Child clincs on RIO Database which helps for commisionars to be able to
anayse numbers of babies attending the clincis and decide funding that each clinic
recieves. Also Inputting and updating the RIO database with District Nursing Referrals
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors into the Clinic. Checking Patients in for their
appointments.
• Phlebotomy Data entry – inputting and analysing the data for monthly reports
• Franking external post to Patients and clients inviting them to their appointments to the
necessary departments.
• Keeping the reception running as and when required in various Southall sites
• Dealing with queries and being solution focused in order to keep patients happy,
Meeting and greeting, checking them in to clinics.
• Corralating and distributing faxes and incoming post for the different departments within
the clinic
• Liasing with different clinics, Trusts and NHS departments
• Answering the switchboard
• Modifying and updating clinic files using MS office packages Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Faxing, copying, printing and scanning documents for weekly use in the clinics.
• Monitoring and ordering of phelbotamy and audiology stock to keep clinics running
smoothly.
