- #3 It is know that a good facilitator will allows plenty of interaction and collaboration among the students. It is a method to provide and receive constructive feedback just by monitoring discussions, asking questions and posting their responses. Instructors consider feedback as an overview to offer suggestions for quality and improvements during the learning process.
- #4 In order to define what an effective facilitators is, it is important to consider several skills that define certain terminology. For example, an effective facilitator should promote interactivity through good discussion practice, and be highly motivated to encourage students to collaborate among them.
- #5 For facilitators starting a good discussion involving questions and encourage students to seek out for answers is an effective communication skills. In addition having good communication skills will encourage further responses from students drawing connections between them by addressing comment and give each other the opportunity to respond to one another.
- #6 Attitude plays an important roles as well it is a part of the facilitator’s characteristic and skills. Facilitators should show their personality through a sense of presence and through a sense of belonging incorporating every student as partners in the learning process. Facilitators should build trust and some ownership by pursuing some motivation and determination among students making them feel comfortable participating in groups tasks or in individual tasks.

In the other hand, Novice have a little more interests going beyond when refers to teach online. They tend to be more insecure facing some anxiety and fear. They are more concern about performing certain teaching practices like time management, enhancing effective collaboration among students, content delivery and disciplinary techniques. Apprentice, encounters initial fears when involves moving to the next level. Their concerns is mostly about improving new skills facilitating best participation incorporating new teaching techniques. In addition Insider, are those who have taught several times but they keep enforcing skills while they are moving forward. They are more confident delivering instructions and developing new teaching practices. Master, under this category they are more wisdom facilitators. They have great experience teaching online courses. They are more open minded to try different and new techniques for course development and delivery. This group becomes mentors to other colleagues who are new as on line facilitators (Palloff & Pratt, 2011).
- #8 Effective online facilitators must engage into training to receive adequate technical guidance as well to foster communication and encourage learners to construct knowledge together. Through a variety of exploration methods and an adequate use of technology interaction, instructors are able to successfully conduct research, reading, group discussion and collaborative projects facilitators will have a multiple of training opportunities to mastering online facilitation skills.
