Bodong Chen from the University of Minnesota discussed a paper session on learning analytics and intelligent support. The session explored definitions of learning and collaboration, data used and how it is analyzed to intelligently support collaboration and learning. Presentations addressed contexts, indicators, data collection and analysis methods to provide support. Criteria for good collaboration and dimensions for CSCL research were also discussed.
