Compensation remains same as long as their working hours remain the same.

BASIS FOR CALCULATION: Also known as performance-based or piece-rate wages, are calculated on the
basis of an employee’s productivity or output.

Helps employees to maximize their productivity.
Used for jobs where work performed are easily quantified.
Variable income for employees; depends upon their output.
Employers may set quality standards.
