• Applications: Decrease from 8,537 in December to 6,109 in January. January year-over-year change (change from 2020): 68.2% (-81.3%). Note: Given delays in entering applications in processing systems, the last few months understate the number of
applications


• Express Entry and Arrima Invitations to Apply: From 2,262 in January to 2,981. February year-over-year change (change from 2020): -89.3% (-62.7%)


• Web “Immigrate to Canada”: Decrease from 466,770 in January (outside Canada) to 352,393 in February. February year-over-year change (change from 2020): -3.9% (-16.9%)


• Provincial Nominee Program: Decrease from 4,980 in December to 4,185 in January. January year-over-year change (change from 2020): -34.1% (-16.6%)


• TR to PRs transition (i.e., those already in Canada): Decline from 28,145 in December (some double counting) to 25,695 in January. January year-over-year change (change from 2020): 97.8% (180.5%)
