Karen Horney was one of the first noted female psychoanalyst theorist who, along
with Alfred Adler, formed the Neo Freudian discipline. She did not agree that
individuals are ruled by their repressed sexual passions and with many of Freud s
other theories. Her theory on personality put more emphasis on the individual s
childhood experiences and the social and cultural aspects that affect them. In order
to explain a person s personality, Horney developed the theory of neurosis. In it she
listed the ten basic neurotic needs, how people coped with life, and she looked at

Assembly (UNGA) Resolution 181, consequence that Israel was established in 1948
and settlement policy is enforced in Palestinian territory by Israel.
For the UNGA Resolution 181, Israeli occupied more territory than Palestinians. In
1947, two state solution was passed in UNGA, Palestine was divided into two states,
one for Jewish and one for Arab (El Hasan 2010: 55). However, Arabs occupied 43
45.5% of land in Palestine even the population of Arabs in Palestine was 2/3
(Soderblom 2003). This was unfair to them. Besides, Jews claim that they have
sovereignty on Palestine as their ancestor have moved to Palestine and they

across Illinois. At these debates Douglas was bating Lincoln during his speeches

According to Miller, Lincoln was arguing in favor of Negro Equality, and was

A Multi Scale Optimization Framework
CO2 is an important greenhouse gas (GHG) and emission of CO2 to the
atmosphere needs to be reduced in order to mitigate climate change. It is
imperative to device ways of proper CO2 utilization and storage. CO2 can be
sequestered geologically as well as there are other ways of CO2 utilization which
can be economically viable in places where geological storage is not the most
optimal solution. In the present study, the primary focus is on the integration
potential of two GHG abatement options, which are geological sequestration of
CO2 and biological sequestration of CO2 via microalgae growth, harvest and
conversion to bioproducts. There are several ways of microalgae conversion to an
array of products, as discussed in the previous sections. The present study aims to
quantify the techno economic tradeoffs and optimize the entire supply chain of
CO2 utilization to ensure the most economically feasible alternative of CO2
usage. A multi scale optimization framework is proposed. The mathematical
framework is provided in Figure 2. The model takes into account the design of
pipeline network for CO2 transport, different processing routes for microalgae
conversion as well as CO2 geological storage. A case study is considered to assess
the optimal design of GHG capture, storage and/or utilization for the state of Texas

questions, whether they may or may not be Leonard s friends.
The characters are not conform the general image of Americans, but that has a lot to
do with the fact the audience does not know whether they should trust Leonard s

He lives his life by taking notes and Polaroid pictures, the facts he records in tattoo
form all over his body. Every time he loses his concentration it s as if he has just
woken up, he is constantly assessing his situation. It is a nearly impossible way to
live life. The only thing that keeps him going is the idea of revenge against his wife

The way this movie messes with time in the past is not new. Pulp Fiction did it,
and many other movies did, but never like the way Memento has chosen to work
it. The movie is broken up into individual segments, and each one ends where the
one before it began. This is confusing, but it does not take long to understand how
the story is going to be told. Nolan wants the audience to feel what it is like when
you cannot make any new memories and cannot trust anyone. That is what Nolan
accomplish, the audience feels like they are in Leonard s shoes. This method Nolan
uses creates an amount of tension and suspense. The audience knows what happened,
but now they want to know why it happened. We learn the bits Leonard forgets.
Nolan created a unique movie, blending color and black and white images and with
this technique of filmmaking. It is truly original; the audience will feel just as
confused and lost as Leonard when each scene begins.

Our Escape
I watch the boys chunk a football around, out the kitchen window while I prepare
lunch. Dani is tackling his best friend onto the ground and, for a moment, I see
them as grass stained little boys again, with not a worry about war or deployment.
It makes me smile. This was their escape. This was the place where, just for a little
while, there was no war, no AK 47s or PT. It was my escape too, but in a different
way. I didn t need an escape from gun fire and bombs. This was my escape from the
war waging at home. Dani trots in the kitchen, dripping in sweat and lifts me off the
