An examination and analysis of the cost readiness element in relation to mobile banking deployment in Kurdistan is the major objective of this research. The research is presented here as an abstract. The study will investigate the aspects of cost preparedness and cost efficiency that have an impact on the effective adoption of a mobile banking system, and it will provide prospective and long-term solutions that would go a long way toward overcoming cost barriers in the future. In order to ascertain whether or not pre-implementation mobile banking will be financially viable, the researchers turned to a quantitative study approach. There were a total of 516 individuals from different private banks in Kurdistan that took part in this survey. The findings indicated that cost readiness possesses a significant predictive value for mobile banking and will have a direct and positive link with it in the future. One of the drawbacks of the study is that the survey questions may not necessarily generalize to the larger community of teachers and administrative workers at private banks. This is one of the limitations of the survey questions.

Accounting software installation in Iraq's Kurdistan area will be examined in this study's primary objective. Quantitative methods were used by the researchers to determine the readiness factors for installing accounting software, including (technology readiness, human resource readiness, customer readiness, content readiness, educational readiness, leadership readiness, and cultural readiness). Erbil currently has seven small and medium-sized businesses (SME). SME's 120 administrative staff members were given the survey at random. A total of 104 people from various small and medium-sized businesses in Iraq's Kurdistan area participated in this study. Technology readiness was found to be most important, while human resource readiness came in last in Erbil SME's preparation for implementation of accounting software. There is a problem with this study because the survey questions may not be representative of the entire community of instructors and administrators at SME.

For educational institutions, data concerning students, pass outs, graduating, placements etc are of vital importance for evaluating their strategic plans and preparing action plans accordingly. The government of Sultanate of Oman has allocated approximately 1.58 billion Omani Riyals in 2018 for providing quality education that is on par with international standards. (Press Reader, 2019), which shows its commitment towards enhancing the quality of higher education. The Higher Educational Institutions in Sultanate of Oman have been implementing internet-based technologies in teaching and learning during COVID – 19 period. They have been in favour of digitalizing teaching and learning and academic support services. Educational Institutions in Oman must be accredited by Oman Accreditation Authority, an apex accreditation authority. The apex authority is prescribing certain standards to be complied with by the educational institutions to have been certified as an accredited and excellent academic service providers in the country. So, there exists a good scope for the use of digital technologies in educational institutions in rendering various educational services like serving alumni, gathering data about students’ issues, identifying industry requirements in making plans about new offerings etc. Use of digital technologies would help higher educational institutions achieving its objectives and goals without many hardships.
This document examines factors that influence small and medium enterprises' adoption of artificial intelligence technology. It specifically looks at how accounting automation mediates the relationship between technological factors and AI adoption. The study uses a Technology-Organization-Environment framework to assess how compatibility, readiness for challenges, saving time, and efficiency-improving impact AI adoption, with accounting automation as the mediating variable. The results found that accounting automation partially mediates the relationships between the predictive technological variables and AI adoption. This contributes to understanding of how accounting automation fits into the TOE framework.

The survey found that faculty generally believe ICT can enhance education by providing high-quality and accessible content, improving learning interactions, and enabling more efficient teaching. However, ICT integration in Saudi universities is still developing and further training and infrastructure is needed. The impact of ICT tools thus far has been encouraging but could be expanded with more faculty training and support.

Recent literature has advocated for the use of project based learning to engage students in active learning. This study examines how students’ learning is enhanced through an overseas project-based learning (PBL) programme at a Singapore University (UNIS), called the UNIS-XO pedagogy. Specifically, this study provides a framework through which students, faculty members, and industry partner can collaborate through consulting programs with the aim to provide feasible recommendations to the clients. Our findings suggest that an experiential PBL with an overseas client is an important learning experience through which students can strengthen their digital literacy as well as cross-cultural competency to make them more futureready for their work.
This document discusses a study examining technopreneur intention and strategies for exploring business opportunities among vocational high school students in Indonesia. The study examined how computer ability, internet ability, and individual entrepreneurial intention impact technopreneurial intention. It also examined the mediating role of technopreneurial self-efficacy. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the SMEs’ leader perspective about the basic factors influencing the transformation into digitalization by SMEs they lead, using technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) Model. The data were collected from 61 SMEs leaders in Oman, to achieve the study objective TOE model has been adopted. Internal consistency and data normality, and factor analysis were implemented. Structural equation modeling (SEM) used to test the proposed hypotheses. The outcomes of SEM indicate that TOE factors are significantly affects the ability of SMEs to digitalize their business process. The study findings come in the context of Omani definition of SMEs. More, no control was made for industry type to which SMEs participants are belong. Leaders of SMEs should frame strategies to simplify the digital transformation of their enterprises and attempt to provide organizational and technological facilities that will smooth their digitalization which will improve SMEs capabilities, as well as, increasing the international competitiveness of the SMEs. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is one of the first that investigated the digital transformation among SMEs from the leaders’ perspective in Oman.

This document summarizes a study that measured critical factors related to the usage, acceptance, adoption and diffusion of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in higher education institutions in Pakistan. The study used the Delphi method to analyze differences in perceptions among higher education stakeholders. It found a significant "zone of proximal development gap" in ICT usage, acceptance and adoption in Pakistani institutions compared to developed nations. However, it did not find significant differences in perceptions regarding issues like ICT demand and supply or challenges to ICT integration. The study recommends its findings be considered in designing ICT policies for higher education in Pakistan and other developing countries.

The technology acceptance model (TAM) has garnered considerable attention within higher education in Jordan, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we still need to understand how to progress the TAM to enhance educational sustainability. “Perceived enjoyment” (PE) is a significant predictor of perceived ease of use, intention to use technology, use e-learning systems for educational sustainability, and attitudes toward using the TAM. This study aims to reveal the role of sustainable digital communication using PE with the TAM within higher education in Jordan. An online survey was conducted using a random sample of students at the University of Jordan, which reached 576 participants. The results of a subsequent path analysis of the survey data revealed that PE, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward using digital communication strategies were dominant in affecting student intention to use sustainable digital communication. We found that the students would like to use digital communication strategies due to their ease of use and because they can enhance self-education. However, students need to enhance their usage skills, and to better understand digital communication strategies. Moreover, we found that the TAM, PE, perceived ease of use (PEU), and perceived usefulness (PU) immediately and favorably affect attitudes toward usage (ATU) and behavioral intention (BI). PEU negatively affected the intention of students to use technology through ATU, while PE had a significant impact on the PU, PEU, ATU, and BI of using digital communication strategies. Information and communication technologies (ICT) developers in the Jordanian Higher Education environment should create systems that are user-friendly and pertinent to the sustainability of student education, to raise their perceived ease of use. Managers should also encourage students to use ICT.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an integral part of business management now-a-day. It is inevitable for the smooth running of business irrespective of size and complexity all over the world. Due to the rapid development of ICT and its huge use in all spheres of our lives, businesses are also influenced by it. Now, businesses are managing their resources by using ICT support that is helping them to perform their tasks faster and accurate than before. But the developing countries like Bangladesh are still struggling to introduce ICT supports in all areas of businesses. But due to a very strong culture at work place, this effort is hindered substantially. Therefore, this paper aims at identifying the present status of the use of ICT in business management and its challenges it faces. Secondary data have been primarily used for conducting this study which was collected from the different business reports and the journal papers. An experience survey was also conducted among the senior administrators of the business houses were also included in the study. Results show that the use of ICT is very low in the small and medium business enterprises while the large businesses houses are using ICT supports. Results also show that the use of ICT primarily depends on the complexity and the nature of the business. The entrepreneurs who have ICT literacy, they are mostly using ICT supports in the management of their businesses. This study suggests that the business houses in Bangladesh should use ICT support in order to increase the efficiency at their work. But this is often depends on the ICT infrastructure of the country as a whole.

The current commercial context for the Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is an ever-changing environment that is strongly influenced by the information and communication technologies (ICTs). This has led enterprises to implement these technologies as supportive tools for their business processes. Nevertheless, a vast number of SMEs have not obtained favorable results in implementing ICTs, since the lack of knowledge about the potential and application of these technologies has made this technological implementation activity prevail as an action oriented to the simple acquisition of equipment and informatic systems with a short-term vision without considering a business strategy. The aim of this paper is to perform a literature review that shows evidence of the low utilization of ICTs in SMEs, particularly in the Mexican environment, which leads to proposing a different approach where enterprises consider Knowledge Management (KM) in the implementation of the informatic technology, leading to a conceptual model to ensure human, organizational and relational capital provide the proper capabilities to complement a strategy that implies carrying out a correct acquisition and application of knowledge that contributes to improving the utilization of ICTs in the business processes.

This study purposes to determine the impact of Education Management Information System variables such as system efficiency, service efficiency, information efficiency, and technical efficiency on the educational system in UNRWA schools in Lebanon. The authors employed an analytical descriptive approach by creating a questionnaire in Google Forms and disseminating it to the study sample participants via the WhatsApp application for data collection. The survey includes 1440 professional female and male teachers who demonstrated expertise in the 2022 academic year. However, the author only collected 128 questionnaires from teachers, which were studied and analyzed by the SPSS application. The findings of this analysis show that teachers have a good level of awareness of the factors of the information management system in general. The findings also revealed a statistically significant association between education information management system parameters and educational system development. The constitutional reforms of British Government serve to be an important means of resolving any encountered incompatibilities to political environment. This study aims to evaluate green economy using developed equation for renewable energy towards political polarization of corporate governance. The Kano Model Assessment is used to measure the equivalency of 1970 Patents Act to UK Intellectual Property tabulating the criteria for the fulfillment of sustainable development goals in respect to the environment, artificial intelligence, and dynamic dichotomy of administrative agencies and presidential restriction, as statutory interpretation development to renewable energy. The constitutional forms of British government satisfy the sustainable development goals needed to fight climate change, advocate healthy ecosystem, promote leadership of magnates, and delegate responsibilities towards green economy. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the SMEs’ leader perspective about the basic factors influencing the transformation into digitalization by SMEs they lead, using technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) Model. The data were collected from 61 SMEs leaders in Oman, to achieve the study objective TOE model has been adopted. Internal consistency and data normality, and factor analysis were implemented. Structural equation modeling (SEM) used to test the proposed hypotheses. The outcomes of SEM indicate that TOE factors are significantly affects the ability of SMEs to digitalize their business process. The study findings come in the context of Omani definition of SMEs. More, no control was made for industry type to which SMEs participants are belong. Leaders of SMEs should frame strategies to simplify the digital transformation of their enterprises and attempt to provide organizational and technological facilities that will smooth their digitalization which will improve SMEs capabilities, as well as, increasing the international competitiveness of the SMEs. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is one of the first that investigated the digital transformation among SMEs from the leaders’ perspective in Oman.

The technology acceptance model (TAM) has garnered considerable attention within higher education in Jordan, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we still need to understand how to progress the TAM to enhance educational sustainability. “Perceived enjoyment” (PE) is a significant predictor of perceived ease of use, intention to use technology, use e-learning systems for educational sustainability, and attitudes toward using the TAM. This study aims to reveal the role of sustainable digital communication using PE with the TAM within higher education in Jordan. An online survey was conducted using a random sample of students at the University of Jordan, which reached 576 participants. The results of a subsequent path analysis of the survey data revealed that PE, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward using digital communication strategies were dominant in affecting student intention to use sustainable digital communication. We found that the students would like to use digital communication strategies due to their ease of use and because they can enhance self-education. However, students need to enhance their usage skills, and to better understand digital communication strategies. Moreover, we found that the TAM, PE, perceived ease of use (PEU), and perceived usefulness (PU) immediately and favorably affect attitudes toward usage (ATU) and behavioral intention (BI). PEU negatively affected the intention of students to use technology through ATU, while PE had a significant impact on the PU, PEU, ATU, and BI of using digital communication strategies. Nevertheless, a vast number of SMEs have not obtained favorable results in implementing ICTs, since the lack of knowledge about the potential and application of these technologies has made this technological implementation activity prevail as an action oriented to the simple acquisition of equipment and informatic systems with a short-term vision without considering a business strategy. The aim of this paper is to perform a literature review that shows evidence of the low utilization of ICTs in SMEs, particularly in the Mexican environment, which leads to proposing a different approach where enterprises consider Knowledge Management (KM) in the implementation of the informatic technology, leading to a conceptual model to ensure human, organizational and relational capital provide the proper capabilities to complement a strategy that implies carrying out a correct acquisition and application of knowledge that contributes to improving the utilization of ICTs in the business processes.

This study purposes to determine the impact of Education Management Information System variables such as system efficiency, service efficiency, information efficiency, and technical efficiency on the educational system in UNRWA schools in Lebanon. The authors employed an analytical descriptive approach by creating a questionnaire in Google Forms and disseminating it to the study sample participants via the WhatsApp application for data collection. The survey includes 1440 professional female and male teachers who demonstrated expertise in the 2022 academic year. However, the author only collected 128 questionnaires from teachers, which were studied and analyzed by the SPSS application. The findings of this analysis show that teachers have a good level of awareness of the factors of the information management system in general. The findings also revealed a statistically significant association between education information management system parameters and educational system development. Ethiopia has a long and rich history of dairy farming, which was mostly carried out by small and marginal farmers who raised cattle, camels, goats, and sheep, among other species, for milk. Finding the Itang Special Woreda cow milk value chain is the study's main goal. In order to gather primary data, 204 smallholder dairy farmer households were randomly selected, and the market concentration ratio was calculated using 20 traders. Descriptive statistics, econometric models, and rank analysis were used to achieve the above specified goals. Out of all the participants in the milk value chain, producers, cafés, hotels, and dairy cooperatives had the largest gross marketing margins, accounting for 100% of the consumer price in channels I and II, 55% in channels III and V, and 25.5% in channels V. The number of children under five, the number of milking cows owned, the amount of money from non-dairy sources, the frequency of extension service contacts, the amount of milk produced each day, and the availability of market information were found to have an impact on smallholders' involvement in the milk market. Bronchopulmonary cancers are common cancers with a poor prognosis. It is the leading cause of death by cancer in Algeria and in the world. Behind this unfavorable prognosis hides numerous disparities according to age, sex, and exposure to risk factors, ranking 4th among incident cancers and developing countries including Algeria, all sexes combined. It ranks 2nd cancers in men and 3rd among women. Whatever the age observed, the incidence of this cancer is higher in men than in women, however the gap is narrowing to the detriment of the latter. The results of scientific research agree to relate trends in incidence and mortality rates to tobacco consumption, including passive smoking. Furthermore, other risk factors are mentioned such as exposure to asbestos in the workplace or to radon for the general population, or even genetic predisposition. However, the weight of these etiological and/or predisposing factors is in no way comparable to that of tobacco in the genesis of lung cancer and the resulting mortality. We provide a literature review in our article on the descriptive and analytical epidemiology of lung cancer.

Haphazard and low soil fertility, low yielding verities and poor agronomic practices are among the major factors constraining onion production in the central rift valley of Ethiopia. Therefore, a field experiment was conducted in East Showa Zone of Adami Tulu Jido Combolcha district in central rift valley areas at ziway from October 2021 to April 2022 to identify appropriate rate of NPSB fertilizer and planting pattern of onion varieties. The experiment was laid out in split plot design of factorial arrangement in three replications. The main effect of NPSB blended fertilizer rates and varieties (red coach and red king) significantly (p<0.01) influenced plant height, leaf length, leaf diameter, leaf number and fresh leaf weight, shoot dry matter per plant, and harvest index. Total dry biomass, bulb diameter, neck diameter, average fresh bulb weight, bulb dry matter, marketable bulb yield, and total bulb yield were significantly (p<0.01) influenced only by the main effect of NPSB blended fertilizer rates. In addition, unmarketable bulb yield was statistically significantly affected (p≥0.05) by the blended fertilizer rates and planting pattern. Moreover, days to 90% maturity of onion was affected by the main factor of NPSB fertilizer rate, variety and planting pattern. The non-fertilized plants in the control treatment were inferior in all parameters except unmarketable bulb yield and harvest index. Significantly higher marketable bulb yield (41 t ha-1) and total bulb yield (41.33 t ha-1) was recorded from 300 kg ha-1 NPSB blended fertilizer rate applied. Double row planting method and hybrid red coach onion variety had also gave higher growth and yields. The study revealed that the highest net benefit of Birr, 878,894 with lest cost of Birr 148,006 by the combinations of 150 kg blended NPSB ha-1 with double row planting method (40cm*20cm*7cm) and red coach variety which can be recommendable for higher marketable bulb yield and economic return of hybrid onion for small scale farmers in the study area. Also, for resource full producers (investors), highest net benefit of Birr 1,205,372 with higher cost (159,628 Birr) by application of 300 kg NPSB ha-1 is recommended as a second option. However, the research should be replicated both in season and areas to more verify the recommendations.

The neuroprotective activity of ECSL was found to have a significant impact on neuronal cell death triggered by hydrogen peroxide (MTT assay) in human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells. Scopolamine, a muscarinic receptor blocker, is frequently used to induce cognitive impairment in laboratory animals. Injections of scopolamine influence multiple cognitive functions, including motor function, short-term memory, and attention. Using the Morris water maze, the Y maze, and the passive avoidance paradigm, memory enhancing activity in scopolamine-induced amnesic rats was evaluated. Using the Morris water maze, the Y maze, and the passive avoidance paradigm, ECSL was found to have a substantial effect on the memory of scopolamine- induced amnesic rats. Our experimental data indicated that ECSL can reverse scopolamine induced amnesia and assist with memory issues.

Breast hamartoma is a rare, well-circumscribed, benign lesion made up of a variable quantity of glandular, adipose and fibrous tissue. This is a lesion that can affect women at any age from puberty. With the increasingly frequent use of imaging methods such as mammography and ultrasound as well as breast biopsy, cases of hamartoma diagnosed are increasing. The diagnosis of these lesions is made by mammography. The histological and radiological aspects are variable and depend on its adipose tissue content. The identification of these lesions is important in order to avoid surgical excisions. We report radio-clinical and pathological records of breast hamartoma.

Ovarian cancer is relatively common but serious and has a poor prognosis. The aim of this study is to highlight the epidemiological, diagnostic, therapeutic and evolutionary aspects of this malignant pathology managed at the Bejaia university hospital center. This is a retrospective and descriptive study over a period of 3 years (2019 - 2022) carried out on 20 patients who developed ovarian cancer. The average age of the patients was 50 years old, 53.23% of whom were over 45 years old. The CA-125 blood test was positive in 18 out of 20 patients. The tumors were discovered on ultrasound in 87.10% of cases and at laparotomy in 12.90%. Total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy was the most performed procedure (64.52%). The early postoperative course was simple. 15 patients underwent second look surgery (16.13%) for locoregional recurrences. Epithelial tumors were the most frequent histological type (93.55%), including 79% in the advanced stage ( IIIc -IV) and 21% in the early stage (Ia- Ib ). Adjuvant chemotherapy was administered in 80% of patients. With a median follow-up of 36 months, 2 patients were lost to follow-up. The evolution was favorable in 27.42% and in 25.81% deaths occurred late postoperatively. Ovarian cancer is not common but serious given the advanced stages and the high rate of late postoperative deaths which were largely observed in patients deprived of adequate neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy.

The present investigation entitled “Assessment of growth and yield performance of twelve different rice varieties under north Konkan coastal zone of Maharashtra” was carried out during the kharif season of the year 2021 and 2022 on the field of ASPEE, Agricultural Research and Development Foundation, Tansa Farm, At Nare, Taluka Wada, District Palghar, Maharashtra, India. The experiment was laid out in Randomized Block Design (RBD). The twelve varieties namely Zini, Jaya, Dandi, Rahghudya, Govindbhog, Dangi, Gurjari, VNR-7, VNR-8, VNR-9, Karjat-3, and Karjat-5 were replicated thrice. The plant height (cm), number of tillers per plant, number of panicles per plant, number of panicles (m²), and length of panicle (cm) were noted to the maximum with cv. “VNR-7”. The highest number of seeds per panicle, test weight (gm), grain yield (q/ha), and straw yield (q/ha) were recorded with the cv. “VNR-7”. While the lowest number of days to 50% flowering was also recorded with cv. “VNR-7” during the year 2021 and 2022.

The aim of this study is to find the effect of each type of viral hepatitis on the bilirubin (TB , DSB) , and liver enzymes; AST, ALT, ALP,GGT among viral hepatitis patients. 200 patients were selected from the viral hepatitis units in the central public health laboratory in Baghdad city, all the chosen cases were confirmed as a positive samples , they are classified into four equal group each with fifty individual and with a single serological viral hepatitis type either; anti-HAV( IgM ) , HBs Ag , anti-HCV ,or anti-HEV(IgM ). All patients were tested for; serum bilirubin ( TB ,D.SB ) , AST , ALT , ALP , GGT. Another fifty quite healthy and normal person was selected as a control group for comparison. . Liver enzymes and bilirubin changes are more pronounced in HAV, HEV than HCV and HBVAST and ALT lack some sensitivity in detecting HCV ,HBV and mild elevations of ALT or AST in asymptomatic patients can be evaluated efficiently by considering ,hepatitis B, hepatitis C. ALT is generally a more sensitive indicator of acute liver cell damage than AST, It is relatively specific for hepatocyte necrosis with a marked elevations in viral hepatitis. Liver enzymes and bilirubin changes are more pronounced in HAV, HEV than HCV and HBV.AST and ALT lack some sensitivity in detecting HCV ,HBV and mild elevations of ALT or AST in asymptomatic patients can be evaluated efficiently by considering ,hepatitis B, hepatitis C. The purpose of this study was to determine the status of women's empowerment and its determinants using women's asset endowment and decision-making potential as indicators. To determine representative sample size, this study used a two-stage sampling technique, and 122 sample respondents were selected at random. To analyze the data in this study, descriptive statistics and a probit model were used. The average women's empowerment index was 0.41, indicating a relatively lower status of women's empowerment in the study area. According to the study's findings, only 40.9% of women were empowered, while the remaining 59.1% were not. The probit model results show that women's access to the media, women's income, and their husbands' education status have a significant and positive impact on the status of women's empowerment, while the family size of households has a negative impact. As a result, it is important to enhance women's access to the media and income, promote family planning and contraception, and improve men's educational status in order to improve the status of women's empowerment.

Using data from 41 years in Patna’ India’ the study’s goal is to analyze the trends of how often it rains on a weekly, seasonal, and annual basis (1981−2020). First, utilizing the intensity-duration-frequency (IDF) curve and the relationship by statistically analyzing rainfall’ the historical rainfall data set for Patna’ India’ during a 41 year period (1981−2020), was evaluated for its quality. Changes in the hydrologic cycle as a result of increased greenhouse gas emissions are expected to induce variations in the intensity, length, and frequency of precipitation events. One strategy to lessen vulnerability is to quantify probable changes and adapt to them. Techniques such as log-normal, normal, and Gumbel are used (EV-I). Distributions were created with durations of 1, 2, 3, 6, and 24 h and return times of 2, 5, 10, 25, and 100 years. There were also mathematical correlations discovered between rainfall and recurrence interval.
Findings: Based on findings, the Gumbel approach produced the highest intensity values, whereas the other approaches produced values that were close to each other. The data indicates that 461.9 mm of rain fell during the monsoon season’s 301st week. However, it was found that the 29th week had the greatest average rainfall, 92.6 mm. With 952.6 mm on average, the monsoon season saw the highest rainfall. Calculations revealed that the yearly rainfall averaged 1171.1 mm. Using Weibull’s method, the study was subsequently expanded to examine rainfall distribution at different recurrence intervals of 2, 5, 10, and 25 years. Rainfall and recurrence interval mathematical correlations were also developed. Further regression analysis revealed that short wave irrigation, wind direction, wind speed, pressure, relative humidity, and temperature all had a substantial influence on rainfall.
Originality and value: The results of the rainfall IDF curves can provide useful information to policymakers in making appropriate decisions in managing and minimizing floods in the study area.

Medical image analysis has witnessed significant advancements with deep learning techniques. In the domain of brain tumor segmentation, the ability to
precisely delineate tumor boundaries from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
scans holds profound implications for diagnosis. This study presents an ensemble convolutional neural network (CNN) with transfer learning, integrating
the state-of-the-art Deeplabv3+ architecture with the ResNet18 backbone. The

education, and for making important contributions to
society.
In the past, work performance in the classroom was
evaluated using the conventional technique, which
required both the teacher and the student to be physically
present in the same room. In this approach, the instructor
and the student will carry out their duties in close
proximity to one another. This continues to be by far the
most widespread approach to the distribution of
instructional content, and it is used in nations all over the
world. On the other hand, it would appear that the
conventional approach to working performance has been
rendered obsolete as a result of the rise of internet
technology. The utilization of information and
communication technology tools in the classroom, often
referred to as mobile banking, has been recommended as
the method of instruction of the future by a number of
experts in the field of education. Mobile banking is
described as "the practice of working performance through
the use of technological equipment. The usage of
computers to watch interactive learning films, electronic
whiteboards for working performance, picture and video
editing, and the utilization of sound during a presentation
are some instances of mobile banking. As a direct result of
this, making use of an interactive whiteboard, modifying
images and videos, adding audio in presentations, and
viewing instructive films are all examples of apps that may
be run on a mobile banking system. It is frequently
supported by computer networks through a variety of
channels. These channels include wireless and satellite
systems, in addition to mobile technologies, such as
cellular phones, laptops, and other mobile devices(Vovk et
al. 2021).
As a result of technology improvements, certain activities,
such as education, health care, agriculture, business, and

standards; to put it still another way, students can enhance
their academic performance by making use of various
forms of technological apparatus. The learning

the world. However, it would appear that the traditional
method of working performance has been rendered
obsolete by internet technology. A number of academics
have proposed that education through the use of
information and communication technology tools, also
known as mobile banking, is the way of the future.
According to (Smith, 2022), mobile banking is defined as
the practice of working performance through the use of
electronic equipment. Some examples of mobile banking
include the use of computers to view interactive learning
films, electronic whiteboards for working performance,
photo and video editing, and the utilization of sound
during a presentation. As a consequence of this, utilizing

movies are all instances of mobile banking system
applications. It is often supported by computer networks
through a range of channels, including wireless and
satellite systems, as well as mobile technologies, such as

Research Hypothesis: Cost readiness has a positive and
significant influence on pre-implementation of mobile
banking in Kurdistan.
III. METHODOLOGY
The study was carried out in private banks in Erbil. The
researchers employed quantitative research method to
find the cost readiness in implementing mobile banking.
Currently there are seven private banks in the Erbil city.
The questionnaire was distributed randomly among 700
administrative staffs of private banks. The participants of
the present study were 516 participants from different
private banks in Kurdistan region of Iraq. The
questionnaire included of 15 items of cost readiness and
15 items of mobile banking, all items evaluated by using
five point Likert scale ranging from 1=Strongly
Disagree, 2= Disagree, 3= Neutral, 4= Agree to 5=
Strongly Agree. After the completion of data gathering,
all data were examined by SPSS to find out cost
readiness level of pre-implementation mobile banking.
IV. DATA ANALYSIS

Table 1 shows the reliability statistics for two variables;
cost readiness as independent variable and mobile banking
as dependent variable. It was found that the Cronbach's
Alpha for cost readiness = .806> .6 this indicates that 15
items used for cost readiness were reliable, the Cronbach's
Alpha for mobile banking = .878 > .6 this indicates that
15 items used for mobile banking were reliable for the
current study.

Table 2 presents the correlations between the scales using
person correlation. Correlations analysis presents the
values of the identified correlation tests; the researchers
attempted to find the correlation between cost readiness as
independent variable and mobile banking as dependent
variable.
According to correlation analysis, the researchers found
that cost readiness has significant correlation (r=.677**,
p<0.01) with mobile banking. Concerning the strength of
the linear relationship is moderate between cost readiness
and elearning. Regression analysis is analyzing
relationships among factors. Y=f(x1, x2…Xc). Regression
analysis is to estimate the how Y will influence and
change X and predict. In this section the cost readiness as
an independent variable and elearning as a dependent
variable. The mobile banking’s overall difference could
be measured by its variance. The differences are measured
as the sum of the square between participant’s forecasted
mobile banking values and the total mean divided by the
number of participants. After division it will clarify
variance by the total variance of mobile banking, the
researchers found that the amount or the number of total
difference or variance that is accounted based on
regression calculation. The number should vary between 0
-1 and is symbolized by R Square. Table 3 shows the
value of R square = .677 this indicates that 68% of total
variation in elearning has been explained by cost
readiness.

A single regression analysis was used to find the
relationship between cost readiness and mobile
banking. As seen in Table 5 the result of research
hypothesis, it was found that the cost readiness has

significantly predicted mobile banking (Beta is weight
.802, p<.001) this indicates that the cost readiness will
have a direct positive association with mobile banking.
V. DISCUSSIONS
This section concludes the findings and the analysis based
on the research objective and purpose in order to give
answer to the research question. The researchers were able
to discuss in detail the concept of mobile banking, its
features and characteristics, the benefits and limitations.
Taking into consideration all barriers to Pre-
implementation mobile banking are discovered and within
each category of barrier are different critical factors.
Research has pointed out critical barriers in mobile
banking system implementation, which lead to its failure
during the implementation process hence negatively or
positively affecting the employees’ achievement.
This study concentrated on cost readiness as one of the
critical barrier of implementing Mobile banking. The
research is seeking for not only the cost readiness for
implementing elearning rather than whether implementing
mobile banking achievements are worth the cost
(Thompson, 2000). One of the main benefits of
implementing mobile banking in private banks is to set a
channel to achieve graduate degree. One of the essential
concerns that private banks should take into consideration
is the cost analysis. There are many thoughts and opinions
regarding the cost readiness and cost effectiveness during
implementing elearning in education sectors. Among
different concerns, the vital consideration the education
sector utilizes to judge the financial performance of
implementing mobile banking is cost.
Whether education sectors are ready or not is essential
information for additional decisions regarding the
implementation of mobile banking. This research is
significant in that it reminds scholars or education
practitioners of the significance of cost readiness of pre-
implementation mobile banking which became an
essential educational form of education field. However,
the study is not limited to highlighting the significance of
cost readiness of an pre-implementation mobile banking.
It shows how the cost is ready for an electronic
educational program. The finding revealed that private
banks’ budget and capital are ready for implementing
mobile banking to enhance achievement. It was found that
the cost readiness has significantly predicted mobile
banking this indicates that the cost readiness will have a
direct positive association with mobile banking.
VI. CONCLUSIONS
The study aims to investigate the cost readiness of
implementing mobile banking in Kurdistan. Many
developing countries have implemented mobile banking
applications to deliver education to employees through the
Internet. As the population grows, several developing
countries’ education sectors try to facilitate sophisticated
web sites by providing many features to perform in better
way to help employees.
The finding revealed that an increase in readiness of cost
should lead to increase in chance of implementing
elearning.
The employee segment of online education system
understands the benefits of the new process in its
usefulness, and it is ease of use. The finding is
significant for private banks in developing countries that
desire to initiate mobile banking for the purpose of
improving and increasing the access to quality education
at reasonable costs. It was found that the cost readiness
has significantly predicted mobile banking (Beta is
weight .802, p<.001) this indicates that the cost readiness
will have a direct positive association with mobile
banking.
VII. LIMITATIONS
The limitations of this study were that the survey
questions may not necessarily generalize the larger
population of teachers and administrative staffs of private
banks, and the research question is not enough to show a
clear association between cost readiness and pre-
implementation mobile banking. Therefore, to expand and
support the findings of the present study, it is
recommended that followup studies be conducted, with
larger sample size and a broader diversity of the sample
groups included in the population.
