Sweden ranks as one of the most innovative countries globally but faces challenges in scaling start-ups, with only 9% of incubator alumni achieving significant revenue. Corporations are increasingly seeking alternative innovation sources like corporate venturing, yet only about 20% of Sweden's top companies have such setups, which is below the global average. To better connect start-ups with corporations and foster growth, Sweden should promote an entrepreneurial culture, attract foreign investments, and create effective incubators.
