The documentary follows two people, Lorna and Tom, who take on a two week challenge to drink the recommended daily amount of water (2 liters) and do 15 minutes of exercise per day. They found the challenge difficult at first, as they were used to drinking other beverages and not exercising regularly. Over the course of the challenge, they felt healthier and more energetic but still missed other drinks. The challenge showed them the benefits of water and exercise, but they learned that long-term health requires overall healthy diet and lifestyle habits in addition to drinking water and daily activity.
