Then there's the old exercise tip that everyone repetitiously hears from their doctor, TV, anyone and anybody who lives to work out. No one says it has to be amazingly hard HIIT, tabatta, or Cross-fit although these will certainly become your security guards to a healthy heart. Walking is simple, easy, and non-evasive for the most gentle way to get your body moving and increase your heart flow
Yoga was my top pick because there are so many forms of yoga and not just hot power yoga for all body types. If yoga isn't your thing, turns out walking is simple, easy, and non-evasive to the most anti workout person.
Working out leads to tiredness which leads me to my next tip. Sleeping. ZZZ. ZZZ. My favorite activity above all else. Unfortunately, sleep deprivation can be a silent deadly cleaner. Anything less than 6 hours or more than 8 hours is harmfue. Let's call it the Goldilock Rule. Juuuuuuust Right. Keeping a daily cycle of sleep hygiene at 6-8 hours keeps the body and its hormones on a schedule. Changes can disrupt your sleep and affect your health overall.
