Gay marriage has been in hot debate for a while now. What once was shunned in almost every culture
and society is now creeping into our laws and customs as normal and even acceptable due to the
increase of radicals found in Anglo Saxon societies such as the US and UK. Fueled by the recent
revolutions of women and interracial groups, homosexuals (a group less than 1 percent of the world s
population), have finally taken a stand. Marriage has been a union of opposite sexes for nearly 5000
years and now has come into such scrutiny that it has taken on the attention of the Supreme Court. On
April 28th, 2015, the Supreme Court began the case of Obergefell v. Hodge, the dispute which would
settle the legalization of gay marriage in the entire US. From such a case, the question arises: Should
gay marriage be legalized in the United States? After analyzing the points on both sides of the feud, I
came to the clear conclusion that the answer was no, gay marriage should become and continue to be
illegal in the United States.

Medline Plus, and ProQuest Medical databases was performed independently by four researchers; a
total of 20 different peer reviewed publications were selected for data extraction and review. Inclusion
and exclusion criteria was determined to select articles that applied only to women with breast cancer,
or a history of breast cancer, over the age of 35 utilizing yoga and acupuncture as forms of
complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Results Although this systematic review provides a
wide range of sample populations and study designs, all studies provided a positive outcome from
patients using these forms of CAM. Reduced fatigue and depression as well as increased quality of life

of macroinvertebrates that were found were indicators of high water quality; species included
caddisflies, mayflies, stoneflies, and dragonfly larvae. The macroinvertebrates were all very large
specimens, indicating a healthy environment and plenty of resources to support their growth.
The site examined was downstream of the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Plant. The high water quality at
the Colorado River site could be partially attributed to the Plant s ability to sanitize and reuse wastes
and prevent contamination through leakages of unclean water. The water at the Colorado River site

In the world of education, many educators work together, not only for the benefit of student
achievement, but to develop and spread new ideas to each other. When one speaks of collaboration in
education, it simply means being in agreement. Collaboration is important and must be taken seriously

Edward Field is alluding to the myth of Icarus and Daedalus which is set in a contemporary setting.
The poem takes a spin on the myth were instead of Icarus drowning, he is set in today s world as the

In the play, The Crucible, by Arthur Miller, there are some similarities and differences between Mr.
Hale and I. Mr. Hale is a Reverend from Beverly, who s called to Salem by Reverend Parris to help
wake his daughter, Betty, who fell ill after being caught in the woods summoning the devil. While
dealing with accusations of witchcraft, Mr. Hale acts a certain way which can define his character.
When he first arrives in Salem he remains hopeful. Towards the middle of the play he tries to help
more by getting involved with the court trials, which ends up causing bigger problems. At the end of
the play, Mr. Hale notices the good in those who are in jail and goes out of his way to help them.
Overall, Mr. Hale s character is considered optimistic and valuable, which relates to myself. When Mr.
Hale was first introduced in the play, he maintained a positive attitude and remained hopeful. After he
arrived in Salem and heard rumors of witches and the devil flying around, he informed the community
that he ll control the situation and destroy the devil. Have no fear now we shall find him out if he has
come among us, and I mean to crush him utterly if he has shown his face! (39). By hoping to clear up
this mess, Mr. Hale reads from his books with hope that it ll break Betty away from the devil and
