 As a non-executive Director of Reformed Eastbourne CIC, guiding a small
Social Enterprise towards self-sufficiency, securing current funding of
c£150,00 per year within two years of start-up.

 Project managing a successful Young Londoners behavioural and mental
health project, working with schools, parents and Youth Offending teams to
provide peer mentoring, behavioural workshops and parent/carer support

programme, working in partnership with St Giles Trust to train 120 IAG

 Project managing Progress to Work, - a highly successful DWP funded

Drop the Tag: July 2012 – Present
Partner: Developed Drop the Tag with partners as a new form of training partnership,
sourcing funding to deliver high quality opportunities to disadvantaged people.
Developing partnerships with local colleges, Probation Services, Welfare to Work
Providers and employers. Delivering training and Internal Quality Assurance in
accredited mentoring, Advice and Guidance, and employability related courses,
together with consultancy work with partner organistions. Consultancy work includes:

Eco-Actif Services CIC: February 2006 – July 2012
As one of the founding Directors of Eco-Actif took a small Council department and
developed it into a thriving Social Enterprise helping the most disadvantaged in
society. Raised £750,000 in extra funding and achieved accreditation for Eco-Actif’s
educational activities. Devised and project managed a number of highly innovative
approaches to offender rehabilitation for both adult and young offenders.

Project managed a number of successful initiatives in a Council run department;

Enterprise - one of the first Local Authority spin-offs.
