Achievements
Establishing Drop the Tag as a new way of delivering training and consultancy

As a non-executive Director of Reformed Eastbourne CIC, guiding a small
Social Enterprise towards self-sufficiency, securing current funding of
c£150,00 per year within two years of start-up.

Partner: Developed Drop the Tag with partners as a new form of training partnership,
sourcing funding to deliver high quality opportunities to disadvantaged people.

As one of the founding Directors of Eco-Actif took a small Council department and
developed it into a thriving Social Enterprise helping the most disadvantaged in
society. Raised £750,000 in extra funding and achieved accreditation for Eco-Actif’s
educational activities. Devised and project managed a number of highly innovative
approaches to offender rehabilitation for both adult and young offenders.

Project managed a number of successful initiatives in a Council run department;

Enterprise - one of the first Local Authority spin-offs.
