with
utilities
included,
free

for
associates
and
visitors,

II. Empowerment-‐
Empowering
youth
and
young
adults
you
give
them
the
ability
to
elevate
their
self
esteem
and
build
self
confidence,
while
at
the
same
time
enhancing
their
leadership
ability,
conflict
resolution.
III. Entrepreneurship-‐
Providing
entrepreneurial
opportunities
for
program
participants
will
provide
them
with
the
necessary
tools
to
be
independent
and
self
sufficient.
IV. Experience-‐Real
life
experience
is
essential
to
the
success
of
any
effort
through
experience
opportunities,
program
participants
will
gather
the
necessary
skills
that
will
provide
them
with
real
life
experience.
V. Exposure-‐Many
program
participants
lack
opportunities
which
will
give
them
exposure
beyond
the
parameters
of
their
communities,
exposure
to
positive
influences
beyond
their
community
will
allow
them
the
ability
to
broaden
their
horizons
and
perspectives.
