This document provides a summary of topics that will be covered in a workshop on computer applications and systems. The workshop will review the previous workshop, discuss wireless technologies and their business uses. It will cover management and decision making, the role of information tools, and conclude with a summary and activities for the following week. Specific topics include a review of wireless connectivity and statistics, how wireless impacts organizations, business processes and enterprise resource planning. The role of business intelligence in supporting decision making is also addressed. Students are assigned readings and asked to prepare for a final exam.
