We  have  worked  with  all  of  the  major  national  and  regional  retailers  and  enjoy  high   level  relationships  with  senior  executives  of  these  companies.     • Commissioned  by  one  of  the  largest  REITs  in  the  country  to  evaluate  the  Indian  market   and  their  shopping  center  industry  from  an  American  retailers  perspective.     • We  have  been  involved  with  the  quality  evaluation  of  multiple  real  estate  portfolios  for   the  investment  community.     • Have  assisted  private  equity  firms  in  the  evaluation  of  potential  retail  targets.    This   included  a  quality  evaluation  of  the  malls  and  shopping  centers  occupied  by  the   targeted  retailer.     • Have  assisted  a  national  retailer  in  decisions  related  to  securing  the  leases  of  a  large   retail  chain  in  liquidation.     • Have  assisted  a  well-­‐capitalized  hedge  fund  in  the  strategic  and  functional  due  diligence   for  the  acquisition  of  a  center  by  engaging  in  direct  conversations  with  the  major   retailers  anchoring  the  targeted  acquisition  and  determine  market  assumptions  to  be   used  in  their  acquisition  financial  model.     • Engaged  by  one  of  the  largest  bank  holding  companies  in  Georgia  to  assist  in  their   evaluation  of  property  securing  one  of  their  commercial  real  estate  loans  and  make  a   recommendation  as  to  a  “go  or  no  go”  decision  related  to  the  development.     • Engaged  by  a  privately  held  real  estate  investment  firm  to  assist  in  their  pursuit  of  the   acquisition  of  a  large,  complex,  mixed  use  project  including  retailer  discussions  and   vetting  of  the  financial  acquisition  model  as  well  as  conceptualization  of  a  go-­‐forward   strategic  and  tactical  leasing  and  asset  management  turnaround  plan  for  the  asset.
