This document defines physical fitness and its components. Physical fitness is the ability to perform daily tasks without fatigue and with energy for leisure activities. It includes skill-related components like agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and speed. It also includes health-related components like cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Examples of tests that measure each component are provided. A quiz is then presented to test the reader's ability to identify which components are measured by specific physical activities and to calculate BMI scores.
