CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE :-
 Cardiovascular
endurance is the
total capacity of
heart and lungs
to do lengthy
activities
without getting
tried.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH :-
It is the ability
of muscles to
overcome the
resistance.
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE :-
It is the ability of
muscles to do
lengthy activities.
FLEXIBILITY :-
It is the capacity
of joints to
stretch
maximum.
BODY COMPOSITION :-
It is the
percentage of
fat, water and
muscle in
human body.
SPEED :-
It is the ability
to move as fast
as possible.
POWER :-
It us the ability
to use muscular
strength
quickly.
REACTION TIME :-
It is the time elapsed
between stimuli and
response. Reaction is
the ability to react
quickly to a stimuli.
COORDINATION :-
It is the ability to
make movements
work together.
BALANCE :-
It is the ability
to control the
body in
standing,
moving and
performing
position.
AGILITY :-
The ability of
the body to
change the
direction.
RESEARCH PAPER :-
 On 2018 April 11 this research was done by M. Wouters and
H.M Evehuis on physical fitness of children and adolescents
with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. In this 128
children with ID visiting specialized day programme centers
and engaged in the field- based physical fitness test. The
result revealed that the children with moderate to severe ID
have very low physical fitness levels.
