Introduction of Countries:

PAKISTAN:
Pakistan, officially the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is a
sovereign country of South Asia. With a population
exceeding 180 Million people, it is the sixth most populous
country with an area covering 796,095km2
. It is the 36th
largest country in the world in terms of area. Pakistan is a
country situated in southern part of Asia, in its north
lies China the Central Asian states and the Russian
federation, to the west is Afghanistan and Iran while to the
east is India. Pakistan has four provinces namely Punjab,
Balochistan, NWFP and Sind. Islamabad is the capital of
Pakistan, and five districts of the northern areas are administered directly from the Capital. Officially
these districts are called Federally Administered Northern Areas (FANA). Pakistan came into being as
the result of the partition of British India in 1947.
Pakistan is one of the diversified countries of the world in terms of its culture, landscape, and climate.
To the north of Pakistan is the highest mountain system of world, having its harsh climate. To the west
are the fertile plains of Indus valley. While to the western and southern part exist the steaming deserts.
Within its borders situate the Arabian Sea, best root of Asia; this sea moderates the climate of its
southern parts.
Pakistan is an agricultural country. Its major exports include the agricultural products like cotton, sugar,
rice and textile. The literacy rate of the country is nearly 40%. Urdu is the official language of Pakistan
whereas English is used for education, trade and other purposes. Pakistan's cultural heritage is very rich
it has inherited the rich cultures of the thousands of years old Indus and Ghandara civilization.
5
JAPAN:
Japan is an island nation in East Asia. Located in Pacific
Ocean, it lies to the East of the Sea of Japan, China, North
Korea, South Korea and Russia, stretching from the sea of
Okhotsk in the North to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the
South. The characters that make up Japan's name mean "sun-origin",
which is why Japan is often referred to as the "Land
of the Rising Sun".
Japan is a stratovolcanic archipelago of 6,852 islands.
The four largest islands are Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku, which together comprise about
ninety-seven percent of Japan's land area. Japan has the world's tenth-largest population, with over
126 million people. Honshu’s Greater Tokyo Area, which includes the de facto capital of Tokyo and
several surrounding prefectures, is the largest metropolitan area in the world, with over 30 million
residents.
Japan is the only country in the world with a reigning emperor. Emperors have no real power, but they
are still revered as a symbol of the country's traditions and unity. World War II devastated Japan's
economy. But the Japanese people's hard work and clever innovation turned it around, making it the
second largest economy in the world. Japan's high-tech industry makes some of the most popular
electronic products in the world.
The Japanese are famous for their willingness to work very hard. Children are taught to show respect
for others, especially parents and bosses. They learn to do what's best for their family or company and
worry less about their own needs. Japanese food is very different from food in Western countries. There
is lots of rice, fish, and vegetables, but little meat. With little fat or dairy, this diet is very healthy,
which helps Japanese people live, on average, longer than any other people in the world.

Officially these districts are called Federally Administered Northern Areas (FANA). Pakistan came into being as the result of the partition of British India in 1947. Pakistan is one of the diversified countries of the world in terms of its culture, landscape, and climate. To the north of Pakistan is the highest mountain system of world, having its harsh climate. • 5. 5 JAPAN: Japan is an island nation in East Asia. Located in Pacific Ocean, it lies to the East of the Sea of Japan, China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, stretching from the sea of Okhotsk in the North to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the South. The characters that make up Japan's name mean "sun-origin", which is why Japan is often referred to as the "Land of the Rising Sun". Japan is a stratovolcanic archipelago of 6,852 islands. The four largest islands are Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Shikoku, which together comprise about ninety-seven percent of Japan's land area. Japan has the world's tenth-largest population, with over 126 million people. Honshu’s Greater Tokyo Area, which includes the de facto capital of Tokyo and several surrounding prefectures, is the largest metropolitan area in the world, with over 30 million residents. Japan is the only country in the world with a reigning emperor. Emperors have no real power, but they are still revered as a symbol of the country's traditions and unity. World War II devastated Japan's economy. But the Japanese people's hard work and clever innovation turned it around, making it the second largest economy in the world. Japan's high-tech industry makes some of the most popular electronic products in the world. The Japanese are famous for their willingness to work very hard. Children are taught to show respect for others, especially parents and bosses. They learn to do what's best for their family or company and worry less about their own needs. Japanese food is very different from food in Western countries. There is lots of rice, fish, and vegetables, but little meat. With little fat or dairy, this diet is very healthy, which helps Japanese people live, on average, longer than any other people in the world. Communication Differences between Pakistan And Japan:
