10. 協作的合適環境
• 小組中的參與者必須用有不同背景與專業。
• 參與者必須有機會自行探索資訊而不受其他
人影響。
• 參與者必須要有能力評估所發現的資訊，而
不仰賴組內其他人的諮詢。
• 必須要有匯聚所有人貢獻的方法，進而達成
共同的目標。

• Foster(2006)在資訊科學與技術年度評論
(ARIST)認為協作資訊尋求是研究個人和他人
合作資訊的尋求、搜尋，和檢索時，所利用
的系統與過程。
• Shah(2009)表示協作資訊尋求是一個資訊尋
求的過程。由明確的參與者、互動與內在利
益所組成，同時包含資訊分享，進而使在小
組中的成員對於獲取資訊有一致的共識。

• 協作資訊尋求是一個研究領域，和各類型的
小組協作資訊尋求的學習情境、動機和方法
有關，也涉及建置相關的協作資訊尋求系統，
以支持協作資訊尋求的各項活動，這些活動
可能是進行一項複雜的任務，藉由不同小組
人員的參與，加上彼此擁有不同的技能與角
色，進而在內外部的互動之下獲得共同的利
益。(吳美美，2012；Shah, 2014)
