Public Art Program
INSPIRING PUBLIC ART IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
For almost two years, local artists worked with COTA,
the Greater Columbus Arts Council, Columbus College
of Art & Design, Columbus Art Commission, area
commissions, elected officials and community leaders
to develop designs that reflect the culture and history
of the diverse neighborhoods along Cleveland Avenue.
• Artwork will be incorporated into transparent panels
on rear shelter glass
• 33 CMAX stations between Columbus State &
Northland community
Poppy flower inspired design celebrates the installation created by students, which honors
the impact of Fort Hayes as a military base and the impact it continues to make today as an
educational institution.
