Cloud computing allows users to access data and applications from any device connected to the web. There are three types of cloud: public, private, and hybrid. The main cloud service models are Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). IaaS allows users to purchase cloud infrastructure resources like servers and storage. PaaS delivers computing platforms for developing and running applications. SaaS provides software to users over the internet without installation. The document then proposes CloudMoV, a mobile social TV system that uses cloud computing to allow disparate mobile users to watch and discuss videos together spontaneously.
