I was recruited initially to be responsible for 15 Stores in Central London with an Annual Turnover of £9 Million and
approximately 140 staff. After successfully stabilizing the District in 5 Months I was asked to extend my 6-month
Temporary contract to 11 months and oversee the next biggest Turnover District. I was responsible for 16 Stores around
London, Surrey and Sussex with an Annual Turnover of £6.5 Million and approximately 120 Staff.
Regional Manager Santander (Previously Bradford and Bingley) Dec 05 to Dec 2010 (Redundant)
Bradford and Bingley although a Bank was a deemed in the market to represent a Regional Building Society catering to
Customers with Investment, Lending and Savings needs. This was reviewed through effective fact finding to match a
suitable product solution to meet the customers’ needs. Following the acquisition of Bradford and Bingley in Sept 2008 by
Santander, The Branches were integrated into Santander as main stream High Street Banks.
Following Bradford and Bingley’s acquisition by Santander in Sept 2008 we moved at rapid pace through a major
integration program. This resulted in B&B branches being rebranded to Santander in Jan 2010. I was responsible for 14
branches throughout Kent. My Region consisted of 11 Ex Abbey branches (5 of which are super stores) and 3 Ex B&B’s
with a total of 1 Billion £’s+ Savings Liabilities.

I previously managed 10 B&B’s throughout Kent and Sussex. My brief on joining Bradford and Bingley was to inspire a
"Salesmanship and Selling Culture" utilizing my retailing skills of Excellent Customer Service and experience whilst
driving cultural change in a fairly old fashion style Building Society.
Regional Controller Moss Bros Group August 04 to Sept 05 (Maternity Cover 1 Year)
150 Stores across the UK. Founded in 1851 Moss Bros is the UK’s most famous name in Men’s Clothing. Specializing in
Wedding Hire, Casual wear, Tailoring and business attire.
I managed a Region of 23 stores with a turnover of 10 Million. I was approached to offer a temporary solution to cover
Maternity Leave as a Regional Controller throughout the Christmas period. I accepted the role for 6 months whilst I
continued to search for my next suitable challenging role. I was offered an extension to my temporary position in Feb
2005 following great success within my Region. After completing one year and successfully underpinning the Regional
Structure with strategic recruitment and succession planning I left Moss Bros due the contract ending as the maternity
cover period ended.

750+Specialality Local supermarkets focusing primarily on Frozen Foods. The first supermarket to implement a Home
Delivery Service.
I was responsible initially for19 stores with a turnover of £35million and approximately 450 Staff. Following a restructure in
August 2003 I was responsible for 29 stores with a turnover of £88 million 700 Staff.
