The student could have improved communication with their group. For example, as they were absent on the filming day, they should have ensured everyone understood their roles. This led to the group being unsure of what to do without instructions, so they had to stay late to film and avoid falling behind schedule at the last minute. The group worked adequately together but lacked motivation, as when instructed, the others did not seem interested. This resulted in incomplete work and an unfinished film due to insufficient collaboration.

2. What part of the project do you think you could have improved on most? I think I could have improved on communication with the group. For example as I wasn’t here the day they were filming I should have made sure everyone knew what they were doing as the group didn’t really know what to do without me. This meant when it came down to filming my group had no idea what to do and didn’t produce a film until the last minute meaning they had to stay back after school and film it in order not to fall behind.

3. How well did your group work together on this project? Our group worked okay together but could have been a lot more motivated to do the work a lot faster. For example at one point I was telling everyone what to do but no one was really interested or motivated to listen to it, so when I wasn’t here the group had no idea what to do. Not having worked as well this meant we had incomplete pieces of work and an unfinished film.
