Blog Reflection
This assignment I really did not care for that much. I feel a blog is a personal diary
almost and feel it is for private purposes only to write down your thoughts, feelings,
emotions. However though, blogs are being shared all over the world. Blogs are a user
friendly tool to use. It was very easy for me to start my own blog using my gmail account
and their blog app blogger. When I started to write my blogs, I felt almost like a writers
block in organizing my thoughts and words. Which is one reason why I do not like blogs,
for those that have trouble with writing or have trouble organizing their thoughts and
words this might just detour them away. I would use a blog in my Physical Education
classroom by blogging maybe different work out routines to try or diets. I could also set
up daily goals to have the kids try and match throughout the day (Ex. walk so many
steps per day). For 21st Century Pillar, language could be illustrated. You could have
blogs that are setup in a different language and have the kids translate those blogs or
reply in the same language. This could really help get kids engaged in language
acquisition.
