Achieving the Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions ConnectionGabriela Taylor
When we talk about the human body, most of us refer to the physical form that we see in front of us. However, in reality, every person is made up of four bodies, all of which interrelate to one another and coexist in harmony.
A human is basically a composite being of Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit. Discover these aspects of self and find out the integration points between each part of our being to have deeper understanding of our'selves'.
Learn how meditation helps in renewing our'self' to get the holistic health in your life.
Reiki Massage is a concept for self healing soft tissues injuries, reduce stress, strain and mental tension. It helps to make life better, healthy and happier.
Your heart produces more energy than any other organ in your body. Place your hand on your heart and you'll feel the blood pumping through your system.
Your heat is also very sensitive to emotions, both good and bad! I'm sure you've experienced some sort of heartache or heartbreak. I know how it hurts and your heart wants to protect you. So it builds a protective barrier we call a "Heart-Wall."
This presentation was delivered to the Auckland Her Business network in July 2010. Do you know that your NATURAL state is being calm and relaxed? Do you know that every time you go into the stress response you take minutes, maybe even years off your life? Stress is the silent killer - de-stress yourself now...before it\'s too late.
This is the first of 6 powerpoints presented at the Annual New Zealand massage conference in 2007 on the topic of Chi Nei Tsang - Internal Organs Chi Therapy.
This presentation was delivered at the 3rd National Hindu Conference of New Zealand in May 2010. The theme of the conference was \'Strenghening bonds amongst communities\'. The Taoist philosophy is that when we work on ourselves we affect everything around us.

Mitsui Onnetsu Therapy is a kind of thermal therapy that originated from Japan. It makes use of Mitsui Onnetsuki, the therapy device invented by Dr Tomeko Mitsui. This therapy applies the far infrared technology to the traditional moxibustion principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Moxibustion is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment modality that has been in use for thousands of years. This presentation highlights the many health benefits of using this therapy.
There is a massive difference between knowing this on an intellectual level and experiencing it as an intuitive and natural level, this develops over time with practice Tantra embraces coming back to balance, recognizing and celebrating we are multi-faceted and that our sexuality is also a natural expression within us all and that this too can’t be neglected when returning us to wholeness.
We as a human being must know that we have four important pillars as foundation of our existence. Understanding the same and ensuring these are further strengthened is really important and critical. These four foundations are -
1. Physical Well-Being
2. Intellectual Well-Being
3. Emotional Well-Being
4. Spiritual Well-Being
Inner Awakening - Soul Conditioning
Reengineering Ourselves
The choices we make in life, as well as the opportunities that we missed have a profound impact on our happiness and well being. Our life is full of regrets about our actions and in actions affecting our behavior. Understanding that regret is a product of our behavior, has direct impact on how we make decisions.
An introduction to mindfulness meditation practices as understood and practiced by a clinical psychologist with experience in the Zen tradition. Superb photographs are primarily by a friend, Dr. Dean Ducas.
Emotional wellness does NOT simply mean you are happy all of the time. There is so much more to it.
It means you are able to identify your thoughts that cause the emotions you are feeling. And you are able to handle life’s stresses, adapt to change, and cope with difficult times.
We have control over our thoughts and behaviors so must use this information to create emotional wellness with ourselves.
In this presentation I discuss pleasure from biological and psychological point of views, and how it is rooted in the body. I also present exercises to feel pleasure in the body.

CDSCO and Phamacovigilance {Regulatory body in India}NEHA GUPTA
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is India's national regulatory body for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Operating under the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, the CDSCO is responsible for approving new drugs, conducting clinical trials, setting standards for drugs, controlling the quality of imported drugs, and coordinating the activities of State Drug Control Organizations by providing expert advice.
Pharmacovigilance, on the other hand, is the science and activities related to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other drug-related problems. The primary aim of pharmacovigilance is to ensure the safety and efficacy of medicines, thereby protecting public health.
In India, pharmacovigilance activities are monitored by the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), which works closely with CDSCO to collect, analyze, and act upon data regarding adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Together, they play a critical role in ensuring that the benefits of drugs outweigh their risks, maintaining high standards of patient safety, and promoting the rational use of medicines.

14. The digestive system not only digests food, but also digests emotions. Emotional charges are the main cause of digestive problems.
15. Chi Nei Tsang encourages the processing of emotions through the digestive process taking what we need of them for development and eliminating what we do not need.
16. Breath is the bridge of communication between all levels of awareness. We breathe according to how we don’t want to feel (unconsciously of course)
17. The way we breathe perfectly reflects the way we feel emotionally.
18. Places in our bodies where breath is restricted are places holding painful emotional charges that we are trying to protect ourselves from feeling.
20. Chi Nei Tsang uses touch therapy and breathing to bring awareness and processing of those charges moving pain from the physical level to the emotional level…
21. … where pain gets processed, digested and eventually eliminated.
22. Through growing beyond inner conflicts and processing emotions we are healed rather than just having our physical or mental symptoms of pain fixed .
23. Healing means outgrowing our painful selves to fulfill and enjoy our life purposes. True Healing is Transformation. And we are never the same again.
24. Welcome to Chi Nei Tsang Internal Organs Energy Transformation
