This document discusses the relationship between emotional and spiritual well-being and physical health. To truly heal, one must first heal underlying negative emotions, as restoring harmony to the emotional body allows the physical body to align and healing to become permanent. We as a human being must know that we have four important pillars as foundation of our existence. Understanding the same and ensuring these are further strengthened is really important and critical. These four foundations are -

1. Understanding!
Nearly all health problems, no matter what form they take or whatever name
they have been given by the medical establishment, are caused by lack of
harmony, imbalances and unresolved issues, past of present in the emotional
body. In order to heal our body, we must first heal the deep-seated negative
emotions that cause the disturbances. When harmony in the emotional body
is restored, the body will align easily and healing we seek will become
permanent! This medical phenomenon began with Hippocrates, a Greek Metaphycian and
Psychiatrist who maintained that when we are aligned with the Universal Intelligence, we have
a better chance of staying healthy. This ancient teaching is also embraced by our graduating
medical students who continue to swear to the Hippocratic Oath as part of their graduting
ceremony.
Therefore, it is essential that we not only care for our physical body, but our emotional, mental
and spiritual subtle bodies as well. Although these energetic subtle bodies cannot be
scientifically tested, and only visible through the lance of a Kirlian camera, which was invented
in the early 1970s by a Russian Physicist, these negative emotions are, nevertheless, causing
havoc in our physical body. When an individual is emotionally out of balance, the auric field is
reflected by a darkened aura rather than the vibrant colours that indicates emotional wellness.
If you are having difficulty sleeping at night, it could be due to unresolved and painful
memories, whereby your subconscious mind is trying to get your attention. Unfortunately
medicating these thoughts will only mask the memories and can manifest in psychosomatic
symptoms when you least expect.
Do you feel betrayed and misunderstood? What Would help you to let of your thoughts? What
would relieve you from your stress and anxiety? Would an apology suffice, or do you need
more? Please understand that all perceived betrayal is in fact self-betrayal. Furthermore, the
painful emotions that you are experiencing were already within you prior to your feelings of
betrayal. The so-called perpetrator was, in actual fact, at the soul level, trying to assist you to
heal yourself.
Knowing and visualizing what we need are the firt steps to releasing what no longer serves us!
The question we need to ask ourselves is: “do I want to emotionally free myself, or do I use my
pain to get my emotional needs met?” You may not, consciously, be aware that you are in fact
creating your physical illness or mostly likely, you would stop punishing yourself!
Unfortunately, in our industrialized world, we are not taught to resolve our emotional
disturbances before we start 'popping pills', which long term can damage our organs.
Unfortunately, this 'quick fix' solution has long term, dire consequences. And as we reach the
wisdom years of our life and the emotional upheaval has not been understood and/or released,
we create pathways in our brain which cannot be reversed. Once we have reached this stage, it
is psychologically impossible to peel away the layers which have accumulated over the years
~~thus dis-ease in its many forms can and will develop. Unlike Buddhists and Native
communities where understanding is the medicine~~we in the Western world choose to support
the pharmaceutical companies rather than become naked!
