A chest X-ray showed signs of a left pneumothorax including a deep sulcus sign, clear left hemidiaphragm, mediastinal shift to the right, and left lung collapse. Further findings included an enlarged right pulmonary artery and bilateral pulmonary artery embolism more prominent on the right side, suggesting a right lung opacity with an air-fluid level.
