Hamlet s Delay
In William Shakespeare, Hamlet, the ghost speaks to Hamlet, claiming to be his father s spirit. Hamlet
is shocked at the revelation that his father has been murdered, and the ghost tells him that as he slept
in his garden, a villain poured poison into his ear, the villain who now wears his crown, Claudius. The
ghost urges Hamlet to seek revenge, telling him that Claudius has corrupted Denmark and Gertrude,
taken her from the love of her first marriage and seduced her in the lust of their incestuous union. The
ghost also urges Hamlet not to act against his mother in any way. Through out the play, Hamlet has
many opportunities to avenge his father s death ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Claudius explains that he has written to the leader of Norway who is currently impotent and bed rid,
(Line 28) to suppress his nephew Fortinbras from pushing this issue. Claudius has done this by
dispatching Cornelius and Voltimand to Norway, the two men exiting after pledging their loyalty (Line
40).
On the other hand, in his first soliloquy, Hamlet expresses unhappiness and wishes he could commit
suicide since the uses of this world have become weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable to him but Hamlet
quickly reprimands himself for such thoughts, they are like weeds in a garden and a sin (Lines 132
136). Hamlet is in fact depressed about the death of his father and marriage of his mother. Despite
Denmark is in a state of high alert and Claudius is preparing for possible war with Fortinbras, Hamlet
s depression supersede being fit to be King of Denmark. Hamlet confesses that his father was so
loving to my mother that he might not betweem the winds of heaven visit her face too roughly (Line
140) and yet within a month (Line153), his very own mother remarried Claudius. Hamlet continues
angrily as to generalizes that all woman like his mother are weak when he says, Frailty, thy name is
woman (Line 146)! Hamlet is second in line to be the King of Denmark but rather than working on a
resolution to save Denmark he is inadvertently depressed and obsessed

The Digital Of Digital Forensics
With advances in digital technology, the scope of digital crimes has also increased multi fold. Digital
forensics is a science, which involves collection, preservation and documentation of the digital
evidence from various digital storage media. This entire process must be undertaken in fashion that is
appropriate forensically, and results in collection of data, which can be made admissible in a court of
law during the investigation of a crime. Since most of the transactions today happen across digital
media, it is imperative that organizations world over understand the fundamentals of forensics, and
also take steps in training their employees. If such procedures are not put in place, then it may result in
the data of an organization to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The branch of Network forensics is relatively a newer branch of digital forensics, and it involves
carefully analyzing the data that is flowing in a network to find any possible evidences of intrusion or
theft. The information flow in a network is always dynamic in nature, and thus this branch of digital
forensics needs to be proactive in its approach. One of the usage of this branch lies in the investigation
of network data for any traffic that might seem anomalous in nature, for the purpose of detecting
intrusions. The second usage lies in the area of law enforcement, where the evidence gathered by
Network Forensics can be used as evidence in case of a crime. Mobile Device Forensics relates to data
and evidence recovery from a mobile device, be it a mobile phone, PDA, tablet, GPS device, and so
on. This area of forensics is a bit challenging due to the reason that exact pin pointing of location
where from communication was initiated is not accurately possible. Other factors adding to the
challenge are the diversity of manufacturers and models, multiple hardware and software
specifications, and data recovery tools that may not bring the desired results on all platforms. Database
Forensics specifically on the analysis of databases, using relevant tools for analysis and manipulation
of data. Analysis of database meta data is also undertaken, along with studying the

I Am Reviewing Eminem s Latest Album Marshall Mathers Lp2
I am reviewing Eminem s latest album Marshall Mathers LP2. This album is a revisitation of Marshall
Mathers LP. It is rumored to be his final public work and fortunately for his fans provides closure for
some of the themes from MMLP. The song Bad Guy in MMLP2 is told from the perspective of a
crazed fan s little brother Michael and it provides closure for the song Stan from MMLP. The second
track Parking Lot is a continuation from Criminal in MMLP. Between the second and third verses of
Criminal lays a skit about Em robbing a bank and then Parking Lot is a short skit that brings the scene
to a close as he runs off with sirens blaring in the background. Rhyme or reason is delivered with his
usual hatred as he lets out his demons and raps about, among other things, his father or more
accurately his lack of a father. He raps that his mother reproduced like a komodo dragon to illustrate
his lack of a father even as early as birth also that his mother served as both a mother and a father.
Komodo dragons have the ability to reproduce asexually. When they do so the result is always a male.
Track Four: So much better has a beat similar to Criminal from MMLP. It almost has the same effect
as if it were the instrumental part of Criminal at a slower pace. Em encapsulates his emotions towards
his romantic relationships as well as hip hop in this song. Survival featuring Liz Rodrigues of the band
New Royales was debuted by Call of Duty for their multiplayer

Short Essay On Dementia
Contrary to public belief, dementia is not one specific disease rather a range of symptoms that are
associated with cognitive decline and a reduction in a person s ability to remain active and
independent. There was a time when dementia was referred to as senility or having senior moments,
but these monikers suggest that dementia is a normal part of aging, and this concept simply isn t
accurate.
Alzheimer s disease accounts for up to 80% of all dementia cases closely followed by vascular
dementia, which typically occurs after a stroke. Dementia may also be caused by vitamin deficiencies
and thyroid problems. These last two types are reversible in nature.

It s important to mention that brain health can also be impacted by frequent blood sugar spikes. For
this reason a diet low in sugar, especially processed sugars and refined flours, is important to maintain

And finally, some good news for coffee lovers, caffeine has been found to be effective in preventing
Alzheimer s disease. This does not mean you need to consume cups and cups of it every day. Just one

Nt1310 Unit 4 Power Supply
4 Power supply:
A device which supplies electrical energy to an output load is called a power supply. Conversion of
one form of electrical power to another desired form and voltage, typically involving converting AC
line voltage to a well regulated lower voltage DC for electronic devices. Low voltage, low power DC
power supply units are commonly integrated with the devices they supply, such as computers and
household electronics.
5V DC power should be supplied to PIC microcontroller which will be achieved by converting 230V
AC into 5V DC. 230V AC is too high to be reduce. Therefore, stepdown transformer will be needed.
Step down transformer will reduce the line voltage to certain voltage that will help us to convert 230V
AC to 5V DC. In order ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It converts a varying input voltage into a constant regulated output voltage. Voltage Regulators are
available in a variety of outputs like 5V, 6V, 9V, 12V and 15V. The LM78XX series of voltage
regulators are designed for positive input. For applications requiring negative input, the LM79XX
series is used. Using a pair of voltage divider resistors can increase the output voltage of a regulator
circuit.
5 Ultrasonic sensor:
Ultrasonic sensors emit short, high frequency sound pulses at regular intervals. These propagate in the
air at the velocity of sound. If they strike an object, then they are reflected back as echo signals to the
sensor, which itself computes the distance to the target based on the time span between emitting the
signal and receiving the echo.
As the distance to an object is determined by measuring the time of flight and not by the intensity of
the sound, ultrasonic sensors are excellent at suppressing background interference. Virtually all
materials which reflect sound can be detected, regardless of their color. Even transparent materials or
thin foils represent no problem for an ultrasonic

Artemis Greek Goddess
While playing the Virtual Woodland Game Nara became known as Artemis, goddess of the hunt and
wood. During her time on the game she learned how to hide from people very well, also at following
someone without being spotted. While the days progressed Artemis soon became considered a myth or
legend to get more players to join the game.
One day while Artemis was exploring a new area of the forest and found a temple, a small questing
group also spotted her and watched in amazement as she gracefully moved through the forest. When
she finally spotted them, she panicked and ran from them to the center of the forest. Unfortunately she

flute. He continued watching in wonder as he witnessed the creatures cringe in fear when they saw the
flute. Artemis started to play just as the chimeras tried to run away in terror only to hear the haunting
melody from emanating from the flute that caused them to face each other and start fighting until they
were reduced to a pile of rubble.
She then turned to 98 and warned, If you tell anyone the truth of how I defeated them, I will make
your life in this game so miserable that you won t want to ever play this game again.

Gangs and Organized Crime in the United States

and Organized Crime in the United States is on the rise. With the increase in turf wars, position and
the financial gains, gang wars and Organized Crime are linked together in many ways. Within this

Only when this social bond is weakened is crime likely to occur. He contended that this social bond
has four elements; Attachment, commitment, involvement and beliefs (Fuller 2006). In the attachment,
when children respect their parents, appreciate all that they do for them, they are less likely to be
involved in criminal activity. However, when they do not have the proper guidance, lack of concern
for their outside activities, they tend to stray, and seek out those who show concern for them. Often it
becomes a role model, a close friend, someone to which they seek approval from. This becomes their
attachment bond. In gangs, this often leads to the higher authority, a person to which they look up too,
to whom they want to become. The level of commitment involves how far one will go to prove
themselves. One is committed to a gang, to which they consider all members family. People who have
money, property, and good reputations are committed to the social system that allowed them the
opportunities for that success (Fuller 2006). In a gang, being a member of a respected gang, means
that they too will have respect by those outside of the gang, and will often be in fear of your presence.
As in the MS 13, individuals who are quite familiar with this particular gang know that it is a matter of
survival of their own existence to cross a gang member; therefore, the ordinary citizen will be wise to
give way to the member. In the

Red Flags Research Paper
Red Flags That Indicate A Home For Sale Might Have Problems
Looking for the right new home to buy can be both fun and stressful. It s disheartening to find a home
in a good location that you love only to find out something is wrong with it. However, it s best to find
out about problems before you buy. Homeowners aren t always forthcoming with problems you
should know about, however, they may be required to disclose certain things. Here are some red flags
to look for when shopping for real estate that may help you avoid a home with hidden problems.
The House Has Been On The Market A Long Time

It could save you from buying a home with legal trouble or that has structural damage. Carefully
consider buying a home that you might not be able to sell quickly in the future if you need to.
Several Homes Are For Sale In The Same Area
Another red flag is when several homes are for sale on the same street or in the same condo building.
This situation could be a coincidence, and sometimes neighbors are prompted to list their home when
buyers are in the area looking at other homes, but a more serious problem could be prompting people
to sell. There might be problems in the neighborhood such as increased crime or problem residents.
When There s Vacant Land Nearby
While it might seem nice that there s not a house close to the one you re interested in, buying next to
vacant land is risky. At some point, a house may go up there and you ll be subjected to many months
of construction noise and traffic. Plus, if the lot becomes unattended, it will be an eyesore and attract
pests. Also, find out about plans for large tracts of vacant land near the neighborhood. If the home is in
a big city, the land might be developed with condos or a shopping center at some time in the

Enzyme Concentration And Incubation Time
The objective of this experiment was to determine if N acetyl B D hexosaminidase isolated from rat
testes exhibits Michaelis Menten kinetics. This was determined by first deciding the optimal enzyme
concentration and incubation time, 1.32*10 5 μM/mL and 60 mins, respectively. The enzyme was then
reacted with varying concentrations of 4 nitrophenyl N acetyl B D glucosamine enzyme substrate and
a Michaelis Menten plot was generated. Once it was determined that N acetyl B D hexosaminidase
follows Michaelis Menten kinetics by exhibiting a hyperbolic curve, a Lineweaver Burk plot was
generated and kinetic parameters Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Kcat/Km ratio were calculated. The
parameters Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Kcat/Km ratio were determined to be 165 μm/mL/min, 0.145 mM,
2.08*105 s 1, and 1.43*106 mM 1 s 1, respectively. N acetyl B D hexosaminidase was proven to
follow Michaelis Menten kinetics, however, the calculated enzymatic parameters did not aligned with
literature values.
INTRODUCTION
Enzyme kinetics is a field of study that allows for enzymes catalytic role within reactions to be
quantified. Quantifying enzymes catalytic role provides a means to characterize enzymes through
various lenses. Enzyme kinetics can be studied through the use of multiple kinetic parameters. Km,
Vmax, Kcat, and the ratio of Kcat/Km can be determined to accurately quantify and measure aspects
of an enzyme within a specific reaction. These parameters can further describe defining features of
enzymes such

World War Two Causes and Effects Essay

before the rise of the Roman Empire. World conquest has been the goal of many great generals and a

The rise of the Nazi party can be linked to the growing bitterness of the German people, and the
economic struggles the country was going through at the time. The Nazi party promised to protect
Germany from Communism while promising employment for all. These ideals soon attracted armies
of people to the Nazi party. They continued to grow in power organizing a private army of dissatisfied,
ambitious, and angry people. The League of Nations that was created in 1920 recognized them as a
threat. The idea behind the League was to settle disputes before they could come to blows. It was
however ineffective in the extreme because it was only political forum and didn t have any military
power to back up it s policy. The Axis collation was formed after Hitler came to power in Germany.
He came to power when the Reichtag (capital building) of Germany burned down he suspended the
constitution and crushed all opposition. Both Italy and Germany were secretly rearming, but at this
time they were still too weak to challenge Britain, and France. During this time the US had been
practicing Isolationism and was withdrawn from European problems. The Axis came about when the
Fascists Nazis and the Japanese totalitarians came together to form an alliance. This was known as the
Berlin Rome Tokyo Axis in October of 1936. Japan and Italy formally quit the League of Nations at
this time. The purpose of the Axis was to unite the three countries

Visualization In Documentary Film
When we think about visualization and representation, we are talking about not looking at the real
thing but at an image of the real thing. So visualization can be visualized as the real thing imagined,
the real thing represented and the real thing mediated. And the documentary genre attempts to do
exactly the same thing. So in this process of visualization, there comes the creative intervention of the
documentary film maker in all phases of production. In other words, aesthetics plays a vital role in
documentary film. The fact that the film maker s aesthetic concepts bring in an element of subjectivity
into the documentary film poses an important question: in what way, then, a documentary film is
different from a feature film? Where ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

father is in control, Harold wants to feel somehow in control too.
Harold is prejudice against black people. Though he may not know it, or might not want to admit it,
Harold is racist. This is also another way Harold argues with Willie and Sam. He argues that because
Sam is black he doesn?t know as much as Harold or can?t learn anything to complex. He also argues
that he is far too civilized and well mannered to be hanging out with black people who are nothing

Recommendation Report On The Best Nursing Career
Date: April 2, 2015 To: From: Subject: RECOMMENDATION REPORT ON THE BEST NURSING
CAREER FOR HEALTH AND SCIENCE GRADUATES INTRODUCTION As per your request, I
am submitting this report that shows that I have identified being a registered nurse (RN) as the best
career option in the field of nursing. This report focuses on how graduating students in this program
can determine which career/job option would be best suited for them. I have concluded my report
based on the comparison of four main criteria, which include the requirements, salary, security and
working condition. I was able to collect the data for my report through online research as well as
research from textbooks and library. I have also included an action plan for students so that they can
easily work to choose between the various job options available to them. BACKGROUND The
nursing industry is a very important industry and it forms one of the most important aspects of the
overall health care industry. It has to be noted that nurses provide some very important support
functions for the doctors and physicians and they are also very important in dealing with various types
of patients. In Canada, nursing is a very lucrative career, mostly because there is an acute shortage of
nurses. Some of the reasons include that nursing can be a very demanding job in which the nurses
have to work for long hours and they are exposed to a lot of stresses on the job, which is why many
nurses tend to quit their jobs. There is also

of Trujillo. When facing a regime such as Trujillo s regime, the survivors who live to tell their story,
like Dede, are crucial to understanding and analyzing important historical moments. These survivors
live through real tragedies, so they are primary resources with personal opinions and experiences.
To begin, Dede s ability to support and stay in contact with her sisters without getting too involved
with the dangers of the government allow her to stay safe, as well as tell accurate stories from the time
of Trujillo s reign. Through all the struggles her sisters undergo, Dede still supports and cares for
them. Even after her sisters are freed from jail, Dede still finds herself in the habit of staying over the
nights before our visits. She said she had to be at Mama s early the next day anyhow to help with all of
the children once we left (265). Dede s help with the children and the house demonstrates the support
she gives her sisters. However, another motive for staying over at her mother s house is hoping to
convince the girls not to visit their husbands, for there are many risks. Dede truly cares about her
sisters, and as a result of that support, a good relationship is kept between them all, even though Dede
is not actively participating with them. On the other hand, Ismene obtains a bad relationship with her
sister, which ultimately keeps Ismene from being able to tell the story of Antigone as well as Antigone
s actions against Creon. Once Antigone announces her plan to properly bury their brother, Ismene
quickly disapproves explaining how both of them are left so alone ... think what a death we ll

Freak The Mighty Theme
Theme of Freak the Mighty By:Chathan Shergill
Period:5
Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick is about Max and Kevin, also known as Freak , adventures as
Freak the Mighty, slaying dragons and fools and walking high above the world. (page 39 40) The story
takes place in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The main character Max or Maxwell is a large, very slow,
but kind hearted person.Kevin or Freak is physically handicapped but very intelligent kid and Max
and he work together as a team called Freak the Mighty. The theme of Freak the Mighty is the
importance of Family . He distances himself from grim and gram, how his family is messed up in the
sense that his mother is dead, his father is in jail, and they don t say his name, and finally he contrasts
his family and other families, views his own family different.
To elaborate further on that idea, Philbrick shows that Max distances himself from his family(Grim
and Gram.)Gram and Grim, bless their pointed little heads, they re my mother s people, her parents.
(1.3)By calling them my mother s people, I got the idea that he is distancing himself from them.Like if
they dont belong with each other like he doesn t belong to them and they don t belong to him.Maybe
he doesn t feel that connect between them, that connect you had with your real parents. ... Show more

is far from perfect, it s not like some television show, where everything is perfect. This relates back to
the theme the importance of family, no one was there( his mom or dad) to guide or help him besides
his grandparents. He really never experienced that perfect family, maybe that is why he is so isolated
until Freak comes along. He thinks of him as

Animals Should Not Be Zoos
Imagine being a zoo animal. Wouldn t the animal want to be free, and not in captivity? There should
not be zoos. From outside of a cage it is barely noticeable, but what is happening to the zoo animals is
not right. There should not be zoos because animals cannot exercise which leads to health issues, they
have little to no space which causes depression, and there are other places that help animals in a safer
and more productive way. The history of zoos is that animals would be in tin cages, now, they live in
fake terrain, so none of these habitats are appropriate for animals. Zoos say that they are helping
endangered animals, but really they are killing them. Most animals in zoos do not get enough exercise
as part of their daily schedule, and when animals exercise is lacking, health issues are occurring more
frequently. For instance, stressed animals signal depression or psychoses. When elephants at zoos
sway from side to side, the people outside of the cage believe it is a normal motion for the animal, but
it is actually a signal of stress. Behaviors like these are mainly caused by a lack of privacy, mental
stimulation and physical exercise. To help the animals, some zoos give tranquilizers or antidepressants
to control these kinds of behaviors in animals. Animals do not deserve this, but still lack exercise. For
example, cheetahs in the wild pace 0% to 5% of their day, but at the Milwaukee County Zoo, 64% of
their day is spent doing this. Cheetahs are one of the most endangered animals at the zoo because at
zoos they only live to age 16 or 17, while in the wild they live to be 30 or older. As a result of this lack
of exercise provided by zoos, zoos are not matching the animals natural exercise behaviors, so the
animals become unhealthy. Most animals stuck in zoos live by themselves even if they are meant to
live in herds. While in the wild, playful african elephants live peacefully and splash each other with
their trunks. In zoos with cages there is not enough space to play and enjoy themselves. The average
size of elephants is 7 feet, and they live in 12 foot enclosed cages, so that leaves them with only 5 feet
to move around. Elephants can not move, nor use their trunks and this causes them to die

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters By David Einhorn
Executive Summary
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR), a Vermont based coffee roaster and distributor has been
under fire publicly by David Einhorn, founder and fund manager of New York hedge fund company
Greenlight Capital. Mr. Einhorn has suggested that Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is over valued
based on their unscrupulous accounting and reporting principles. Despite impending expiring patents,
Mr. Einhorn has identified that GMRC is in violation of US GAAP standards. Overstatement of
inventory, overstatement of income, inaccurate inventory costs and failure to reverse accruals to the
customer incentive program has been alleged against GMRC, thus inflating GMRC s overall value. As
a result of Mr. Einhorn s whistleblowing, GMRC s stock price has fallen including lost market value.
In my opinion, Mr. Einhorn was correct in his allegations against GMRC. To gain consumer and
market confidence, GMRC must follow GAAP standards, and ensure preventive mechanisms are in
place in order to ensure public mistrust is mitigated that is inclusive to ethical, transparent reporting.
BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is located in Vermont, United States of America. The company is
well renowned for its leading specialty coffee as well as its exceptional customer care services. The
company has expanded its business through its subsidiaries all over the country in order to grab a huge
market share as well as in order to increase the size of their customer

Superstructure In World Of Tomorrow
In World of Tomorrow, the film exemplifies how there s greater advantages of being apart of the
superstructure than the base. They seem to have an essence that the upper class gets closer to
perfection while the lower class just lives and dies. In the words of researcher Nicki Cole, Marx
argued that the superstructure grows out of the base, and reflects the interests of the ruling class that
controls it. As such, the superstructure justifies how the base operates, and in doing so, justifies the
power of the ruling class (Cole par. 3). This means that there are two different classes in a sense and
that the base is what what shapes and provides much of the work for the superstructure while they
feed off them and by this, the superstructure

How Does Mr Keating Make Decisions In Dead Poets Society
In Dead Poets Society, many of the boys face difficult decisions and make choices, sometimes because
of pressure to do so, but other times they use their own judgements based on influences and what they
ve been taught to make their own decisions. Throughout the movie, John Keating, the boys literature
teacher, teaches them how to be independent and have a unique voice in their writing and life.
Because of Keating s teachings, the boys make decisions they might not have made before Mr.
Keating came to them. Mr. Keating is an example of how a single person can set the minds of other
people down a different path of life, and his teachings show in the decisions by some of the boys, such
as Neal, Charlie, and Todd. At the end of the movie, Neal s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

ways and chooses not to go the first few meetings of the Dead Poets Society, and doesn t write a poem
for Keating s class because he doesn t want to present it in front of the class. Keating makes him get to
the front of the class however, and guides Todd through making an impromptu poem. This experience
makes Todd come out of his shell a little more, and he starts hanging out with the other guys more
throughout the movie. Towards the end however, Todd finds himself in Mr. Nolan s office being
pressured into signing a paper that states that Mr. Keating s teachings led to Neal s suicide, and would
lead to Keating being fired. All of the guys besides Charlie signed the paper, and Charlie was expelled
from Wellton. Mr. Nolan takes over Mr. Keating s class, and Keating shows up to gather the last of his
possessions before he leaves for good. Todd tries to speak to Keating, and defying the orders from
Nolan, he stands on his desk and says to Mr. Keating, Captain of my Captain. Todd stands up for
himself and what he believes in, and one by one, the other boys stand on their desk and echo Todd,

A New Concept
IAQ is not a new concept, consider our ancestors living in caves and the impact from smoke
pollutions or in ancient Egypt stonemasons working in the open air were healthier than those working
in workshop. Even Biblical scripts refer to the dangers of mould in the home. However, there have
been four fundamental developments that have occurred in the last forty five years (Lee, et al., 1996):
The increased time spent within indoor environments. The increased dependency on artificial products
(building materials and finishes, scents, furniture). The increased occupancy density (open plan
offices, reduction of working space). Advancements of energy conservation techniques (air tight
buildings, re circulated air, reduced ventilation). A growing body of scientific evidence has indicated
that the air within buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and
most industrialized cities. The US s Toxic Substances Strategy Committee stated that the majority of
cancers (80 90%) are triggered by exposure to substances in the environment (Landrigan et al., 2002).
According to a 5 year study carried out by the US Environmental Protection Agency (Greenfield,
1991), peak concentrations of 20 toxic compounds, some linked with cancer and birth defects, were
200 500 times higher inside than outdoors. It is necessary to note that these figures are based on US
values and there is a need to exhibit caution in applying them directly to the UK in

Nokia Emergence Market Strategy:
In the early 2000s Nokia planned to step into the emerging market due to the market saturation in
developed countries. Nokia estimated that they can get at least 600 potential consumer in the country
like Russia, China, and India. Nokia enjoyed the growth in sales and profits. The company was
expanding rapidly from European market to North American and developing market.
Changing Market Dynamics due to Increased Competition
In 2005 the Nokia sales in western countries of Europe and in America were largely poised at certain
point, the company was not making any profit in these regions. The North American market creates
roundabout 8% of sales for the company, Nokia was losing its grip on Europe, and the market share
was dropping in from 42% in 2004 to 38% in 2005. The only opportunity for Nokia in this case was to
develop rich market ground in developing countries.
It was not easy for Nokia to penetrate in Asian market due to the Price competition and regional

A Nation Worth Defending By William Bennet
The Meaning of Being American What does it mean to be an American? Can this statement ever really
be defined since America is a melting pot of different races, religions, political views, social views and
so on and so fourth. To be an American can mean virtually anything and whether or not somebody
supports national symbols is just another part of being and American. As Americans we have the right
to disagree with the government, the right to protest against something unjust, the right to burn a flag
in disgrace because after all we have freedom of speech. To some these things are un American, but to
others they are the reasons America is such a wonderful place to live. There is no definite answer to
this question, but many ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Iraq is a perfect example. The Iraqis were in trouble and they needed help. It was our duty as
Americans to go into Iraq and liberate the Iraqi people. As Americans it was and still is our duty to
support this kind of war, as democracy is the best form of government and it should spread throughout
the world. Along this same line, it is the duty of Americans to believe and support democracy to the
fullest extent. Our for fathers gave their lives in the pursuit of democracy and to go against this would
treason to an extent. As William Bennet said in his essay, A Nation Worth Defending , American
patriotism has always been rooted in love of the principles upon which the nation was founded:
liberty, equality, justice, and democracy. America is the greatest nation on Earth and we are privileged
to be a citizen of it. America was founded on the principal of freedom: Freedom of speech, freedom of
religion, and the freedom to choose who and what you want to be, these are all rights outlined in the
bill of rights and the constitution. So, what does it mean to be an American? Well, it means that you
support and accept people of different nationalities, political beliefs, religions and everything about
another person s culture. America is a country were Freedom rings from sea to shining sea. American
is a place where people should be able to express themselves any way they want with out the fear of
censorship or persecution. To be

Similarities Between Thor And Scavengers
Once upon a time, Thor and Loki were traveling to Jotunheim, the giant kingdom, in this chariot
pulled by magic immortal goats. They had to go through Midgard, the human y place. They spent the
night at this farmer Egil s house. Egil had these kids, Roskva and Thjalfi. So Thor slaughtered his pet
goats and they all feasted. Thor told Egil, Roskva, and Thjalfi to lay the skins and bones of the goats
together in a pile after they were done eating so he could bring the goat s back to life later, because

The Heart Of Heart Failure
In the United States alone, 5.8 million Americans have been diagnosed with heart failure (Mancini
Colombo, 2015, p. 2542). Heart failure is a condition where the heart does not pump as efficiently;
therefore, it does not meet the needs of the body. There is a growing number of heart failure patients
each year. More than 300,000 deaths per year are attributed to heart failure, and the annual cost to
manage these patients is close to $40 billion (Mancini Colombo, 2015, p. 2542). Since the heart
failure population is steadily growing in size the progress of therapies and management is continuing
to evolve. The greatest improvements have been surgery related. The two major surgical approaches
involve heart transplants or receiving a ventricular assist device (Mancini Colombo, 2015). There are
much discussion in regardless to receiving a heart transplant versus a ventricular assist device,
destination therapy, as well as future advances in ventricular assist devices.
Heart Transplant versus LVAD There are many considerations when it comes to determining whether
an individual should receive a heart transplant or a ventricular assist device. For instance, there are
different stages of heart failure. The New York Heart Association classifies heart failure into four
distinctive groups (Class I, Class II, Class III, and Class IV) (Jarvik Heart, Inc., 2008, para.2). Class I
and Class II patients only experience symptoms with some sort of physical activity,

The Major Types and Possible Causes of Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a severe, debilitating disabling disease. There are more than two million Americans
who suffer with schizophrenia in any given year. Some of the symptoms of schizophrenia are
hallucinations, delusions, apathy, lack of emotion, disorganized thoughts, difficulty concentrating or
following instructions and memory problems. There are no lab tests to diagnose schizophrenia and
most times the patient is misdiagnosed with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder or major depression (
Daily schizophrenia news, 2013). There are several major types of schizophrenia but there are five
that are more common; disorganized, catatonic, paranoid, undifferentiated and residual. Scientists are
leaning toward prenatal difficulties as to the development of schizophrenia with genetics also playing
a big part. Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia is a chronic, severe, and disabling brain disease with approximately one percent of the
population developing schizophrenia during their lifetime. There are more than two million Americans
suffering from the illness in a given year. Schizophrenia affects men and women equally, although, the
disorder often appears earlier in men, than in women. Men are usually affected in their late teens or
early twenties, and women in their twenties to early thirties. People with schizophrenia often suffer
terrifying symptoms such as hearing internal voices, or believing that other people are reading their

  • 2. Hamlet and His Delay in Seeking Revenge Against Claudius... Zikima Sawyer English 102:002 Professor Hayes November 11, 2011 Hamlet s Delay In William Shakespeare, Hamlet, the ghost speaks to Hamlet, claiming to be his father s spirit. Hamlet is shocked at the revelation that his father has been murdered, and the ghost tells him that as he slept in his garden, a villain poured poison into his ear, the villain who now wears his crown, Claudius. The ghost urges Hamlet to seek revenge, telling him that Claudius has corrupted Denmark and Gertrude, taken her from the love of her first marriage and seduced her in the lust of their incestuous union. The ghost also urges Hamlet not to act against his mother in any way. Through out the play, Hamlet has many opportunities to avenge his father s death ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Claudius explains that he has written to the leader of Norway who is currently impotent and bed rid, (Line 28) to suppress his nephew Fortinbras from pushing this issue. Claudius has done this by dispatching Cornelius and Voltimand to Norway, the two men exiting after pledging their loyalty (Line 40). On the other hand, in his first soliloquy, Hamlet expresses unhappiness and wishes he could commit suicide since the uses of this world have become weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable to him but Hamlet quickly reprimands himself for such thoughts, they are like weeds in a garden and a sin (Lines 132 136). Hamlet is in fact depressed about the death of his father and marriage of his mother. Despite Denmark is in a state of high alert and Claudius is preparing for possible war with Fortinbras, Hamlet s depression supersede being fit to be King of Denmark. Hamlet confesses that his father was so loving to my mother that he might not betweem the winds of heaven visit her face too roughly (Line 140) and yet within a month (Line153), his very own mother remarried Claudius. Hamlet continues angrily as to generalizes that all woman like his mother are weak when he says, Frailty, thy name is woman (Line 146)! Digital forensics is a science, which involves collection, preservation and documentation of the digital evidence from various digital storage media. This entire process must be undertaken in fashion that is appropriate forensically, and results in collection of data, which can be made admissible in a court of law during the investigation of a crime. Since most of the transactions today happen across digital media, it is imperative that organizations world over understand the fundamentals of forensics, and also take steps in training their employees. The branch of Network forensics is relatively a newer branch of digital forensics, and it involves carefully analyzing the data that is flowing in a network to find any possible evidences of intrusion or theft. The information flow in a network is always dynamic in nature, and thus this branch of digital forensics needs to be proactive in its approach. One of the usage of this branch lies in the investigation of network data for any traffic that might seem anomalous in nature, for the purpose of detecting intrusions. The second usage lies in the area of law enforcement, where the evidence gathered by Network Forensics can be used as evidence in case of a crime. Mobile Device Forensics relates to data and evidence recovery from a mobile device, be it a mobile phone, PDA, tablet, GPS device, and so on. This area of forensics is a bit challenging due to the reason that exact pin pointing of location where from communication was initiated is not accurately possible. Other factors adding to the challenge are the diversity of manufacturers and models, multiple hardware and software specifications, and data recovery tools that may not bring the desired results on all platforms. Database Forensics specifically on the analysis of databases, using relevant tools for analysis and manipulation of data. Analysis of database meta data is also undertaken, along with studying the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 5. I Am Reviewing Eminem s Latest Album Marshall Mathers Lp2 I am reviewing Eminem s latest album Marshall Mathers LP2. This album is a revisitation of Marshall Mathers LP. It is rumored to be his final public work and fortunately for his fans provides closure for some of the themes from MMLP. The song Bad Guy in MMLP2 is told from the perspective of a crazed fan s little brother Michael and it provides closure for the song Stan from MMLP. The second track Parking Lot is a continuation from Criminal in MMLP. Between the second and third verses of Criminal lays a skit about Em robbing a bank and then Parking Lot is a short skit that brings the scene to a close as he runs off with sirens blaring in the background. Rhyme or reason is delivered with his usual hatred as he lets out his demons and raps about, among other things, his father or more accurately his lack of a father. He raps that his mother reproduced like a komodo dragon to illustrate his lack of a father even as early as birth also that his mother served as both a mother and a father. Komodo dragons have the ability to reproduce asexually. When they do so the result is always a male. Track Four: So much better has a beat similar to Criminal from MMLP. It almost has the same effect as if it were the instrumental part of Criminal at a slower pace. Em encapsulates his emotions towards his romantic relationships as well as hip hop in this song. Conversion of one form of electrical power to another desired form and voltage, typically involving converting AC line voltage to a well regulated lower voltage DC for electronic devices. Low voltage, low power DC power supply units are commonly integrated with the devices they supply, such as computers and household electronics. 5V DC power should be supplied to PIC microcontroller which will be achieved by converting 230V AC into 5V DC. 230V AC is too high to be reduce. Therefore, stepdown transformer will be needed. Step down transformer will reduce the line voltage to certain voltage that will help us to convert 230V AC to 5V DC. In order ... For applications requiring negative input, the LM79XX series is used. Using a pair of voltage divider resistors can increase the output voltage of a regulator circuit. 5 Ultrasonic sensor: Ultrasonic sensors emit short, high frequency sound pulses at regular intervals. These propagate in the air at the velocity of sound. If they strike an object, then they are reflected back as echo signals to the sensor, which itself computes the distance to the target based on the time span between emitting the signal and receiving the echo. As the distance to an object is determined by measuring the time of flight and not by the intensity of the sound, ultrasonic sensors are excellent at suppressing background interference. Only when this social bond is weakened is crime likely to occur. He contended that this social bond has four elements; Attachment, commitment, involvement and beliefs (Fuller 2006). In the attachment, when children respect their parents, appreciate all that they do for them, they are less likely to be involved in criminal activity. However, when they do not have the proper guidance, lack of concern for their outside activities, they tend to stray, and seek out those who show concern for them. Often it becomes a role model, a close friend, someone to which they seek approval from. This becomes their attachment bond. In gangs, this often leads to the higher authority, a person to which they look up too, to whom they want to become. The level of commitment involves how far one will go to prove themselves. One is committed to a gang, to which they consider all members family. People who have money, property, and good reputations are committed to the social system that allowed them the opportunities for that success (Fuller 2006). In a gang, being a member of a respected gang, means that they too will have respect by those outside of the gang, and will often be in fear of your presence. • 13. Enzyme Concentration And Incubation Time The objective of this experiment was to determine if N acetyl B D hexosaminidase isolated from rat testes exhibits Michaelis Menten kinetics. This was determined by first deciding the optimal enzyme concentration and incubation time, 1.32*10 5 μM/mL and 60 mins, respectively. The enzyme was then reacted with varying concentrations of 4 nitrophenyl N acetyl B D glucosamine enzyme substrate and a Michaelis Menten plot was generated. Once it was determined that N acetyl B D hexosaminidase follows Michaelis Menten kinetics by exhibiting a hyperbolic curve, a Lineweaver Burk plot was generated and kinetic parameters Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Kcat/Km ratio were calculated. The parameters Vmax, Km, Kcat, and Kcat/Km ratio were determined to be 165 μm/mL/min, 0.145 mM, 2.08*105 s 1, and 1.43*106 mM 1 s 1, respectively. N acetyl B D hexosaminidase was proven to follow Michaelis Menten kinetics, however, the calculated enzymatic parameters did not aligned with literature values. INTRODUCTION Enzyme kinetics is a field of study that allows for enzymes catalytic role within reactions to be quantified. Quantifying enzymes catalytic role provides a means to characterize enzymes through various lenses. Enzyme kinetics can be studied through the use of multiple kinetic parameters. Km, Vmax, Kcat, and the ratio of Kcat/Km can be determined to accurately quantify and measure aspects of an enzyme within a specific reaction. The Nazi party promised to protect Germany from Communism while promising employment for all. These ideals soon attracted armies of people to the Nazi party. They continued to grow in power organizing a private army of dissatisfied, ambitious, and angry people. The League of Nations that was created in 1920 recognized them as a threat. The idea behind the League was to settle disputes before they could come to blows. It was however ineffective in the extreme because it was only political forum and didn t have any military power to back up it s policy. During this time the US had been practicing Isolationism and was withdrawn from European problems. The Axis came about when the Fascists Nazis and the Japanese totalitarians came together to form an alliance. This was known as the Berlin Rome Tokyo Axis in October of 1936. So visualization can be visualized as the real thing imagined, the real thing represented and the real thing mediated. And the documentary genre attempts to do exactly the same thing. So in this process of visualization, there comes the creative intervention of the documentary film maker in all phases of production. Harold is prejudice against black people. Though he may not know it, or might not want to admit it, Harold is racist. This is also another way Harold argues with Willie and Sam. He argues that because Sam is black he doesn?t know as much as Harold or can?t learn anything to complex. He also argues that he is far too civilized and well mannered to be hanging out with black people who are nothing more than servants. Now this is a joke that Harold shared with his father, and this is how they spend their time together, making prejudice jokes about black people. Harold became racist because of his father. • 19. In The Time Of The Butterflies And Antigone Analysis The novel In the Time of the Butterflies, by Julia Alvarez and the play Antigone by Sophocles, both include similar characters, situations, and actions that react to the idea of a dangerous growing authority. The characters Dede from the Time of the Butterflies and Ismene from Antigone both strive to stay out of trouble with the government; however Dede s approach is more effective as she becomes an oracle character by the end of the novel, for she lives to tell the story of the Mirabal sisters. Dede uses her relationship with her sisters, as well as her own family to survive through the dangerous reign of Trujillo. When facing a regime such as Trujillo s regime, the survivors who live to tell their story, like Dede, are crucial to understanding and analyzing important historical moments. These survivors live through real tragedies, so they are primary resources with personal opinions and experiences. To begin, Dede s ability to support and stay in contact with her sisters without getting too involved with the dangers of the government allow her to stay safe, as well as tell accurate stories from the time of Trujillo s reign. Through all the struggles her sisters undergo, Dede still supports and cares for them. Even after her sisters are freed from jail, Dede still finds herself in the habit of staying over the nights before our visits. She said she had to be at Mama s early the next day anyhow to help with all of the children once we left (265). Dede s help with the children and the house demonstrates the support she gives her sisters. However, another motive for staying over at her mother s house is hoping to convince the girls not to visit their husbands, for there are many risks. Dede truly cares about her sisters, and as a result of that support, a good relationship is kept between them all, even though Dede is not actively participating with them. On the other hand, Ismene obtains a bad relationship with her sister, which ultimately keeps Ismene from being able to tell the story of Antigone as well as Antigone s actions against Creon. Once Antigone announces her plan to properly bury their brother, Ismene quickly disapproves explaining how both of them are left so alone ... think what a death we ll ... • 23. Animals Should Not Be Zoos Imagine being a zoo animal. Wouldn t the animal want to be free, and not in captivity? There should not be zoos. From outside of a cage it is barely noticeable, but what is happening to the zoo animals is not right. There should not be zoos because animals cannot exercise which leads to health issues, they have little to no space which causes depression, and there are other places that help animals in a safer and more productive way. The history of zoos is that animals would be in tin cages, now, they live in fake terrain, so none of these habitats are appropriate for animals. Zoos say that they are helping endangered animals, but really they are killing them. Most animals in zoos do not get enough exercise as part of their daily schedule, and when animals exercise is lacking, health issues are occurring more frequently. For instance, stressed animals signal depression or psychoses. When elephants at zoos sway from side to side, the people outside of the cage believe it is a normal motion for the animal, but it is actually a signal of stress. Behaviors like these are mainly caused by a lack of privacy, mental stimulation and physical exercise. To help the animals, some zoos give tranquilizers or antidepressants to control these kinds of behaviors in animals. Animals do not deserve this, but still lack exercise. For example, cheetahs in the wild pace 0% to 5% of their day, but at the Milwaukee County Zoo, 64% of their day is spent doing this. Cheetahs are one of the most endangered animals at the zoo because at zoos they only live to age 16 or 17, while in the wild they live to be 30 or older. As a result of this lack of exercise provided by zoos, zoos are not matching the animals natural exercise behaviors, so the animals become unhealthy. Most animals stuck in zoos live by themselves even if they are meant to live in herds. While in the wild, playful african elephants live peacefully and splash each other with their trunks. In zoos with cages there is not enough space to play and enjoy themselves. The average size of elephants is 7 feet, and they live in 12 foot enclosed cages, so that leaves them with only 5 feet to move around. Elephants can not move, nor use their trunks and this causes them to die ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 24. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters By David Einhorn Executive Summary Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR), a Vermont based coffee roaster and distributor has been under fire publicly by David Einhorn, founder and fund manager of New York hedge fund company Greenlight Capital. Mr. Einhorn has suggested that Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is over valued based on their unscrupulous accounting and reporting principles. Despite impending expiring patents, Mr. Einhorn has identified that GMRC is in violation of US GAAP standards. Overstatement of inventory, overstatement of income, inaccurate inventory costs and failure to reverse accruals to the customer incentive program has been alleged against GMRC, thus inflating GMRC s overall value. As a result of Mr. Einhorn s whistleblowing, GMRC s stock price has fallen including lost market value. In my opinion, Mr. Einhorn was correct in his allegations against GMRC. To gain consumer and market confidence, GMRC must follow GAAP standards, and ensure preventive mechanisms are in place in order to ensure public mistrust is mitigated that is inclusive to ethical, transparent reporting. BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is located in Vermont, United States of America. They seem to have an essence that the upper class gets closer to perfection while the lower class just lives and dies. In the words of researcher Nicki Cole, Marx argued that the superstructure grows out of the base, and reflects the interests of the ruling class that controls it. As such, the superstructure justifies how the base operates, and in doing so, justifies the power of the ruling class (Cole par. 3). This means that there are two different classes in a sense and that the base is what what shapes and provides much of the work for the superstructure while they feed off them and by this, the superstructure ... A New Concept IAQ is not a new concept, consider our ancestors living in caves and the impact from smoke pollutions or in ancient Egypt stonemasons working in the open air were healthier than those working in workshop. Even Biblical scripts refer to the dangers of mould in the home. However, there have been four fundamental developments that have occurred in the last forty five years (Lee, et al., 1996): The increased time spent within indoor environments. The increased dependency on artificial products (building materials and finishes, scents, furniture). The increased occupancy density (open plan offices, reduction of working space). Advancements of energy conservation techniques (air tight buildings, re circulated air, reduced ventilation). A growing body of scientific evidence has indicated that the air within buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities. The US s Toxic Substances Strategy Committee stated that the majority of cancers (80 90%) are triggered by exposure to substances in the environment (Landrigan et al., 2002). According to a 5 year study carried out by the US Environmental Protection Agency (Greenfield, 1991), peak concentrations of 20 toxic compounds, some linked with cancer and birth defects, were 200 500 times higher inside than outdoors.
