WALGREENS
Customer Satisfaction is one of my top priorities at Walgreens. When we
don't have a product for a Customer I offer a few options so they leave
satisfied. Ordering from Walgreens.com, looking up neighbor stores, or
substituting a like item.
Monitor shelf life products, by marking soon expiring items down to the lowest
advertised price to get max amount of dollars.Also for shorter shelf life products
I make sure staff only pulls the appropriate quantity out to save us from
expiring products. Which in the end saves the store money and helps add to
Walgreens True North Project.
Over the years that I have worked for Walgreens and been apart
Management, it has been a pleasure and accomplishment in itself to see staff
that I have trained get promoted and move up with the company.
