channels. Classes included every level of team member, from Sr. VP to supervisors
and team leads. RESULTS: Exponential upswing in participants (and repeat enrollments)…
corporate-wide.
- Project Manager, writer, and producer of MASCO Coatings Group multi-media
Orientation video/New Hire project, working with the directors of HR/Training and
other multi-disciplinary teams. RESULTS: Won highest award at bi-annual corporate
awards banquet for “corporate excellence and innovation.”

- Created training plan and strategy of delivery for employee Team Building project
integrating temp workforce and company workers to local culture and business
